If i could give lower than a 1 star I would. After waiting 30 minutes outside for my 9 am appointment I finally was able to reach someone over the phone and they told me it was a system error that they are closed. I’m not sure how it was a system error if i scheduled my appointment 6 MONTHS AGO. This is absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t my first visit here and I’ve had no issues before. This was the biggest waste of time. All ai was offered was a sorry and a call back from the manager.
I had a great experience at this dental office and I wanted to specially recognize Alina, she was super patient, sweet and greeted me with a positive attitude. The whole staff was great but she stood out. Thank you for the excellent care !
I had a good experience here getting my braces done. Everyone was nice and helpful, and Michele especially was really great. She made me feel comfortable during my appointment and was always friendly. You can tell she cares about her patients. Definitely recommend this place if you’re getting braces.
Dentalcare and implants is a wonderful place. They are very caring and they help me so much. Dr. Sheba and his assistant Tomeka did a wonderful job with my AOX surgery. My smile is wonderful now and my confidence is very good now. Thank you guys so much
Since the moment I walked, staff is very attentive and informative. Just came in for a formal evaluation and X-rays, and walking out with a treatment plan for a brighter smile.
P.s. payment plans available (it was a winner for my personal opinion).
I've gotten worked done here and had a credit of 50 for the next visit but had to cancel the appointment due to work. I came in for a visit and no longer have my credit! Dont ever leave money with them
They’re super nice and always fast whenever I have my appointments today Michelle changed my elastic bands on my braces she was super nice and did a great job!!
Good experience. Dr.Fattouhi was amazing with the extractions, and his assistant Tomeka was so friendly and great. Tgey answered all my questions. I highly recommend
