My experience at CONCENTRA has been GREAT! The STAFF (Sadie and the other Queens) She was so Professional and Courteous , making me feel relaxed in a tense situation. And Most of alll, I give Rave reviews to DR. MILLER! I don’t know of many Kind and Compassionate doctors who really are concerned about the Well-being and progress of a their Patient. She took the time to explain to me in detail, exactly what she expected of me and what I needed to do in order to succeed in accomplishing what I needed to accomplish! And thanks to Dr. Miller’s advice, IM WINNING. I’m definitely on the road to BETTER health and have many goals that I have yet to reach, and I will Succeed.

They treated my injury and explained to me the process, reassuring me in every step of the way and gave me clear instructions to treat my wound! Very caring and compassionate team members and definitely answered my questions clearly and timely.
Did a walk in for TB & drug screening at the West Loop Concentra. I was in and out in 45 min. The front desk and Maria were very friendly and quick with my session. I will definitely return to this location!
Overall, the convenient location just outside the loop with free parking was great. Had to go for a random drug screening, and got me in and out fairly quickly. Could improve on professionalism and politeness, but like people say it's the city. People act different out here. 😆
The only problem is that I have is the wait time. It shouldn't take 2hrs for anything. They need more doctors on site, so the wait won't be so long. Other than that all of the staff are friendly and they try their best to take care of our needs in that time frame.
Always a great experience here. The whole staff is super professional, Dr. Miller is awesome with patients, Danny A. is a fantastic nurse, and the front staff is amazing! Shout out to Sadieann!
The facility is clean. The staff here is very professional and courtesy to my needs. Maria is outstanding with her professionalism and courtesy smile. Overall my experience at this Concentra on 1230 W Lake Street is a happy experience with a smile😊
Yesenia should get a raise or a promotion to Manager! She saw the need to be timely in a big crowd. She organized and structured the flow. Completed our TB readings and sent us back to work! I love her professionalism. It is to be celebrated because it is rare in Chicago! Hays off to Yesenia! God bless her and Concentra! Happy Easter!
