I was at this place for over an hour and a half just to do a drug test there is no reason for that. I wasn’t able to go on my own I had to take my toddlers unfortunately. But there wasn’t any type of organization people that got there after me were helped before. They said they would text me when I was up but after a while I asked what was going on and they said they called my name? I told them you said you would call me you have my number? They didn’t care and one of the girls was being rude about it. The patient folders were just being dropped in a bin with no way to tell who was next I know because one of the MAs told me so in the back and also I saw it happen. On top of that I had to urinate because I had been holding for my exam and no way really cared! Anyways was a very frustrating experience and I just hope I never have to go back there again I may just refuse.
I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish, and I didn’t have to wait long. What stood out most was how attentive and helpful everyone was they actually take the time to make sure you’re taken care of. The service was quick but still done right, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and a smooth experience.
Brittney and the office staff are amazing people! They are held to high expectations and run their tails off daily. It seems like the staff are never able to get caught up. They would have gotten a 5 Star rating but because they didn’t have a medical device required for a portion of my physical, I had to drive to another location to pick it up and bring it back to this facility to complete the exam.
I initially rated my experience a 9 out of 10 points, but only because of the long wait. I gave five stars as it was no fault of the staff. They were all friendly, helpful and professional. It was a Monday morning and it appeared the majority of the patients, me included, were there for employer mandated drug screening or CLD requirements. Thank you for a painless experience.
The receptionist asked me to write my cell number down, after 30 minutes I became bored and took out my phone. I then noticed that I needed to sign in, it would have been nice to have been told that when asked to write the number. The staff doing the drug test was direct, professional and straight to the point...GREAT! She is a 10.
The location is convenient on the same shopping center as the Walmart on 75th Ave and McDowell. Im glad I called and spoke with a human, because the automated system says they are open until 5pm. However, for a pte-employment drug test, atou have to arrive before 4pm. Its not the nicest place. Not very clean. And the staff is kind of rude. Once you signed in the wait is not do bad, about 15 min wait. Once you are called back, you must take everything out of your pockets. When you go into the bathroom DO NOT FLUSH THE TOILET. Again the staff is not very friendly. But they get the job done quickly. The bathrooms are not very clean. And the sink to wash yiur hands is outside of the bathroom. The technician will take your sample and give you a receipt. Thats pretty much it.
The front office staff was friendly and helpful. I was self pay and they let me know right away what the charge would be. The PA, Gary Miller spent time without rushing my visit and was thorough as was the X-ray technician.
They explained the procedure and the treatment plan and also provided the X-ray to take to my surgeon.
My only complaint was the 1 1/2 hr wait time prior to the visit.
I had called for an appointment that day and the office told me I didn't need one that it was a walk-in clinic. But when I got there it seemed most everyone else had an appointment. Everyone, even the patients that came in after me were seen first. I was the last patient still sitting there after an hour and a half.
The facility is clean, well maintained and quick service. Unfortunately front desk staff can be unprofessional, rude and often times will not follow up to see if you’ve received the link to register.
