My initial experience was bad had the have stitches so one can imagine. When I revised this time it was a much more pleasant experience; not for the lack of injuries but the process improved. My first visit was in 2011, this visit 2026 had much improved in its process w/ the added benefit of checking in with a smart phone. The the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was professional but not stuffy, it made you feel like a person not a checkmark to move forward with
Having to get a drug test and physical , I went prepared. I then filled out the form sent to me, and informed the lady I needed to get a cup for the test because I was ready. I was directed to sit down. In the process I see a sign… stating about certain behaviors would not be tolerated and the police would be called immediately. Trying to be polite and recently getting over prostrate cancer, I again told the lady i was starting to hurt. She informed me I’d have to wait or go to the bathroom and start my preparation for the test all over. I waited, to the point of barely being able to walk without peeing all over, I was finally taken back. In the back, I was directed to a room for the physical. I then explained the situation I was having and that lady started getting an attitude. Eventually she took me to do the test. She did start being a little more pleasant after I saw several signs how the police would be called immediately. I then started wondering- How many people have been arrested or removed from the facility because they returned the same attitude they were given?- The rest of my visit turned out well and the employees were decent. I am still having flashbacks about the signs and starting employee behavior. The questions are still going through my mind. What would’ve happened yo a disabled vet, with recent cancer battle that would have given what he received? I think they actually need to have a security system that records everyone’s behavior. Being 70 yrs old, I have been around and I have seen both scenarios of the patient and the employee acting rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. I have also seen law enforcement side with the establishment because they called, and it was a female that gave some sob story that wasn’t true. It’s a shame that I had to practically beg and suck up everything I endured until the attitudes changed.
Other than that it was a good visit.
5 stars!! I read previous reviews and I have to say that my experience at this location was phenomenal. I was in and out in 30 minutes for a preemployment drug screen. Customer service was fantastic from the receptionist to the technician. All were professional and knowledgeable, they answered all my questions.
I truly appreciate the warmth and educational approach to treatment provided by all the staff. Their strong support and collaborative teamwork make patients like me feel more comfortable returning and help us recover more quickly.
Very grateful for my team at Concentra. They have been very professional and thorough on my treatment. Would definitely recommend them for any of my friends and family that may need physical therapy
Well since you can't make an appt, the wait was extremely unbelievable! I was there for 4 hrs for a drug screen even though the last hr of that, I had asked how much longer and they kept stating your next. They called at least 10 other people before me after they kept telling me i was next and that they were waiting on a staff memeber to take me back but they were able to call all those others before me that had come in way after I did. I know that there are multiple departments in that facility but it was still unacceptable. I knew I had to pee in a cup and became extremely uncomfortable with my bladder so full. They did not seem to care or just allow me to pee in a cup. That whole process was a just that a "process" that didnt matter other than the urine which is all that they needed! The dr barely and quickly rushed through the "process" which at that point I didn't really care bc I was beyond ready to go.
Staff at Airport location assisted kindly, professionally, and with haste! They supported with chrome book sign or personal device sign when internet lagged. Results were disclosed that day prior to exiting building! 24 hour access and ample parking made this airport medical service provider a great choice 👍🏾 In and out efficiency! Technicians were just as accommodating and friendly!
4 hour wait. No doctors, no staff, long wait times. I got there at 430pm and left at 830pm for a drug screen, physical and mask fit test. The could not do my TB test because no staff. Work experience of my life. I had to keep bugging if they forgot about me. Only on Physician’s Assistant working no doctors.
