Dr. Hanson was wonderful and her treatment plan for my son’s eczema has been very helpful. We really appreciate the time and care she took with us. However, one of her assistants was not very friendly and came across as having a negative attitude during our visit. It made the experience less pleasant. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall patient experience, as we would still recommend Dr. Hanson for her excellent care.

Check-in was smooth. I was greeted with a “good morning” and a smile. The receptionist was on the phone with a patient, but the other office assistant acknowledged, recognized and checked me in promptly. My wait was VERY short. I was searching online trying to find a experience pediatric dermatologist for my almost 4 year old. She has eczema. Her skin had been very flaky and red and a bit itchy.
