You know i really wanted to love this dentist office but time and time again it's ALWAYS SOMETHING! and it only gets worse with time! If you book a 10am appointment unless you are consistently checking with the front desk on your number in line you're not being seen until maybe 1pm no exaggeration. I also must add if you book an appointment make sure they write it on a card and hand it to you for your records as your appointment might just not exist the day you come in. I had a 11:30am appointment and was not seen till about 2:32pm. I walked up to the desk as i noticed i was not being called upon and people coming in were automatically being seen before me. When i get to the desk im told i did not have an appointment today! Argued it down was told they'll put me in... RIDICULOUS STRIKE 1! Sit for hours recheck front desk told i'm next, go in only to sit for less than a min to be told my insurance is not accepted for wisdom tooth pull outs and i must pay out of pocket. I sat in their lobby for 3 hours just to be told this! Mind you i always come for a cleaning, check up yearly or whatever it is and not once, has any of the doctors that have seen me suggested that I pull my wisdom teeth out until i mentioned it my last visit! Everything in that place is a money scheme! "your insurance won't cover that... out of pocket this, out of pocket that, how's your credit? let set up a payment plan!" Be smart know your insurance and your rights say no and go elsewhere! I am so upset and can't believe this place! Out of the entire staff maybe 1-2 people are nice other than that TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! why should i pay your buisness if y'all so money hungry and can't assist me and my health when i'm in pain and in need of help as y'all should?! NEVER AGAIN. I would not EVER recommend this place to anyone! EVER. Do better!

Highly recommend this office all staff r nice and respectful they can do Invisalign implant extension bone graft crown bridge filling anything inside mouth has to be done u got it there go for it today best place 👌🏼
I had an amazing experience with the Dentist named Paula, she gave me a through deep cleaning…. She did the process seamlessly and I got a really good cleaning
Been a pt here for years, staff will have you waiting for hours for a 10 min cleaning, will tell you to get cosmetics done for thousands of dollars if you don't need it, and you will have to talk to so many people to remind them that you are here for a service..... and the rating for the building is a F. Not worth $5,000 for any service. Had two dentists not even clean my teeth and one of them telling me to get braces but says my teeth are fine.... make that make sense real quick.
Did not like my experience here, they were so pushy about me getting Invisalign and it seemed they only cared about was money which I understand they’re running a business but patient care was not in the room, for a place that want money so bad they should learn about patient care to make a person actually want to pay out of pocket with them, and this is coming from a person working in healthcare.
Did not like the lady that was dealing with payments and trying to convince me to get Invisalign( which she did a horrible job at) I was already considering getting braces so for them to try to convince me and fail miserably at it is bad because I was already gonna get it anyways so much convincing wasn’t needed but that’s how poor of a job they did
Also did not like the girl that did my “deep cleaning” which is them just brushing ur teeth she was hurting me and did not give a damn

This was my first visit here after aging out of my parent’s insurance. I had been with my previous dentist for over 15 years, so I value thorough care and consistency.
I arrived 20 minutes early but was not seen until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. The scraping was minimal, my gums were nicked a couple of times, and my permanent retainer was not cleaned at all which has never happened before in the 13 years I’ve had it.
While I appreciated being able to get an appointment the day after calling, the quality of care did not meet my expectations. I will be seeking another provider.
SCAMMERS!! BE CAREFUL! I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction and when I was done with the surgery they increased the price telling me I needed a metal insert, but this was not discussed prior. The dentist are negligent and impersonal. I was told I needed a root canal by this dentist and due to negligence I had to seek another dentist and he told me I did not need a root canal. I simply needed a tooth reconstruction, and this office didn’t even care to do x-rays. They just diagnosed me.I waited over an hour to be seen and when I finally sat down they told me I was not approved for my service, yet they still scheduled me for the appointment. The front desk are rude and short with me as I discussed rescheduling my appointment. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy group of people. Do not settle choose people that express care for you and your dental hygiene.
I got 2 implants inserted January 28 and 1 fell out and I swallowed while eating and I had to vomit myself up just to get the tooth. Now the second one is rocking and spinning to glory and my implants didn’t even lasted a full month. I was on vacation feeling so happy and would be able to smile proudly again but I got messes over. Now I’m calling the office because I’m back and they always busy. I called yesterday and left a message because the doctor wasn’t in so the receptionist told me to call back. Like really? I’m the one paying to get my business done. Not even a call back from no one. The receptionist not even the doctor. But yet I’m paying insurance. This is wack
