They were quick to take me in, explain the procedure and get the procedure done. Dr.Fuller was very kind and attentive to my dental needs.It was painless and not traumatic like other places I have gone to. I had my wisdom teeth removed with them as well and also 10/10. Love the care all the staff provided I would definitely recommend. Karina was super kind and helpful as well! They’re great!

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I went in for a consultation during the very first days of May. I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, yet I was still left waiting for over an hour past my designated time just to be seen. Since then, the communication has been nonexistent. My insurance company got back to them with approvals around mid-May. When I called to get a breakdown of out-of-pocket costs and schedule the actual work, I was told someone would call me back. Nobody did. I followed up again at the beginning of June, and once more, I was promised a callback that never happened. Now it is the beginning of July. I called today and was assured I would get a call by the end of the day—again, nothing. I have been extremely patient over the last two months, but I need this work done before my dental issues get worse. It’s misleading to see so many good reviews when my experience has been nothing but a complete breakdown in basic professionalism.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN! It took months just to get an appointment, and even when I arrived on time, I sat in the waiting room for an hour before being called back for a consultation. My husband was also referred here for a root canal, and the experience has been just as frustrating. They refused to schedule his follow-up crown, telling us his primary dentist needed to handle it, while his primary kept insisting it had to be done here since he was assigned to this office without our knowledge. After going back and forth, we finally got them to schedule an appointment. He showed up, only to be told they couldn’t do the crown because there was no referral on file. They said they would submit it and told me to call the insurance to expedite it. When I contacted the insurance, of course, no referral had been sent. Now we’re stuck waiting yet again! This has turned into nearly a month just trying to get this office to do something that should have been straightforward. Extremely disorganized and frustrating experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND.
