My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at ease. The doctor was amazing, very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
A special shoutout to Omar, one of the hygienists, he was excellent! Very gentle, professional, and attentive, which meant a lot since I tend to get a bit nervous at dental visits. He made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free for both of us.
We’re really grateful to have found such a caring and professional dental team. Highly recommend!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this office earned one.
From the moment I walked in, the energy felt completely wrong. The receptionist was cold, unfriendly, and seemed annoyed to be dealing with patients.
What really bothered me was learning that my insurance hadn't even been properly checked before money was being discussed. As someone with good dental insurance, I found it unacceptable that financing was brought up before anyone could clearly explain what my benefits would cover. It felt backwards and gave me the impression that collecting money was a higher priority than helping patients make informed decisions.
The dentist didn't inspire confidence either. His body language came across as judgmental ,I felt like I was sitting through a sales pitch.
Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion elsewhere. The difference was night and day. The other dentist verified my insurance upfront, explained my options honestly, and never once made me feel pressured. That experience confirmed that my concerns about this office were justified.
The most unprofessional moment happened after I canceled treatment. To avoid an uncomfortable conversation, I told the office that I couldn't afford the treatment. The truth is that I can afford it—I simply did not feel comfortable telling them that I was canceling because my experience with the office was so negative. The receptionist called to confirm my refund, and made a comment that I canceled because I couldn't afford the treatment. She then giggled while saying it. Whether she meant it as a joke or not, it was rude, condescending, and completely inappropriate. If a patient chooses not to move forward, the response should be professionalism—not mockery.
In the end, I canceled because I lost confidence in the office, not because I couldn't afford treatment. Between the poor communication, the focus on financing before insurance verification, the dismissive attitude, and the disrespectful phone call afterward, I had no interest in trusting this office with my dental care. There are plenty of dentists in the area who treat patients with respect and put their needs first. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
PLEASE READ - Went in as a NEW patient on 2/24/26
So I had not been for a regular cleaning in about 1 year. Usually I go every 6 months, but I was moving, time slipped away and life etc.
I've had no issues with my teeth hurting or anything so wasn't expecting anything different. Long story short, the checkup for the most part was fine. I did have some 5's and 6's so they wanted to do a deep cleaning. Up until this point, everything was fine.
Then the dentist came in, basically just said yea you're gonna need invisalign and kept pushing it (very sales like - "Once you get invisalign this will be great etc.) Now I do have a slight alignment on my teeth instead of a slight overbite but have never had any issues.
Once this meeting was over, we were going to do a deep cleaning the next day, they also said I had cavities that needed to be filled etc - They were going to charge me a total of $1k to do the deep cleaning plus the check ups in the future (every 3 months) then they said invisalign would be 5500.
I ended up going back to my OG dentist in Tempe (they take my new insurance) and this is dentist I've gone to the past 3 years
He said I do need a deep cleaning so we are going to do that - at a total of $500 plus 20% of a $75 checkup every 3 months so roughly 15 bucks each time after until it gets better and we can go back to 6 months
But also said I have no cavities, and as for my alignment to just keep wearing retainer as everything else looks good. He said I maybe could get better alignment but he doesn't think it would effect my teeth health
Bottom line - I don't recommend this place if you have somewhere else that knows your teeth better. And if you do go here, just know they will 100% try to sell you on invisalign.
Biltmore dental is the best! they have taken such good care of my wife who was very nervous about the dentist. They are patient, kind, and caring. Omar is the best teeth cleaner around! Dr. Coles is amazing! I highly recommend them!
“Absolutely phenomenal experience — 10+ stars without hesitation! The level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail was beyond exceptional. OMAR and the front desk girls made the entire experience comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free from start to finish. You can truly tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. Everything was spotless, organized, and handled with such expertise. I left feeling incredibly satisfied and impressed. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!”
Dr. Omar provided an exceptional experience during my visits. His professionalism is evident, and he took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist!
My experience with Biltmore Dental was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Anahi at the front desk greeted me with kindness and directed me to Dr. Cole and Matilda. I appreciated how they used X-rays and tools to clearly explain the condition of each tooth. Their professionalism and thorough explanations made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Two days later, I had a deep cleaning performed by Rubi, with support from my treatment plan coordinator who reviewed the plan with me and assisted Rubi. Both made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the procedure, which was painless. Anahi followed up afterwards to check on my well-being. Biltmore Dental is a fantastic office, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality dental care.
