I just completed my second IPL treatment with Alex Walker, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was genuinely amazed by the results after my first session. I have a ton of broken capillaries, and the improvement was noticeable even after just one treatment.
Alex is outstanding—personable, professional, thoughtful, caring, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain the procedure, what to expect, and each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my treatments.
For anyone considering IPL, there is some mild discomfort, but it was nowhere near as painful as I had anticipated and was absolutely worth it for the results.
My husband and I had a previous appointment with Dr. Sra for a very overdue skin check. We were first time patients, and it was the best, most thorough skin check we have ever had! We were highly pleased with her expertise and kindness.

We were welcomed by a very friendly reception and escorted by Matthew to our room. Matthew was kind and quick and once we finished the initial conversation with Matthew we immediately spoke with Dr. Marzuka. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very good with our 8 month old. We have a follow up 2 weeks from now and are finally excited to have the support from a team that is as eager to help our son as we are. They were also very accommodating when it came to finding pharmacies that were affordable.
Dr Gurjeet is excellent! She has always been very attentive and patient in explaining my diagnosis. I am very happy with the service I have received with her and her assistant, Matt. Matt is very attentive too. Thank you both.

Dr. Clos is… IT. Been seeing her for the last couple of years now, and she is incredibly attentive and thorough. Her bedside manner shines during her examinations, using her personal skills and compassion to break down patient-provider barriers. Matthew did a great job with pre-and-post appt follow up. Also, great facilities and staff at Bayou City Derm. Keep up the great work!
The first dermatologist I been to that spends quality time with you. After checking in I sat down for about 4-7 mins before I was called to the back. Usually you end up waiting in the exam room for some time before the medical assistant and provider come in. I was met almost immediately, and PA Hayden Hartley met me as soon as the medical assistant was done asking me questions. She heard me out, explained as thoroughly as she can and repeatedly asked me if I have any questions or concerns. Thank you for not rushing my visit, thank you for giving me options as far as treatment, and thank you for having a positive attitude and bright smile while doing your job. I’ll be requesting PA Hayden Hartley for every visit and would highly recommend her.
I had an excellent experience today with the dermatologist Dr. Marzuka and the assistant MATT They were both very kind, attentive, and professional. They took the time to sit down with me, listen to all of my concerns, and truly help me find a solution. I felt heard and well cared for throughout the entire visit. I definitely recommend this office.
