Wow What An Amazing Place To Visit Your Eye Doctor! The Staff Is Helpful and Very Courteous. Check In Is Such A Breeze, There’s Many Seats Available and Even Some Water Available! I Seen Dr. El Gasim and He Was Really Good. While There I Met Two Employees Who Had Birthdays In Order With Mines. I’m The 1st, Middle Is The 2nd and Right Is The 3rd lol. Yep You Guessed It We Are All Great Guys. You’ve Come To The Right Eye Doctor Facility! Be Blessed 🙏🏽
Multiple people conducted eye check procedures with such mechanical efficiency, no explanation whatsoever. Met doctor in the end for 15 mins; provided some explanation. Left it to assistant to handle rest, who gave me a sheet of paper that’s supposed to cover everything. When questions were asked, she said that they will be addressed if I book the procedure?!!? Didn’t/couldn’t also provide options to get cost estimate (even cash pay) except to punt it back to my health plan. Guess they want me to find my own answers?
Dr Stephens is the best Opthamalogist you will find. He has a cure for almost every eye disorder. I had been seeing another Opthamalogist at a leading eye center for two years hoping to get a result for a severe case of dry eye syndrome that was caused by the chemotherapy I received at MD Anderson. We are now almost one year later after my first visit to Dr. Stephen’s and I am 99% better. Thank You!
Assistant pipeline did most of the work in eye check and measuring prescription and missed some parts that I had to go back around again. The equipment seems old style compared to other offices that I had been to. Insurance handling was also not right so I ended up owning extra. The optical store checked and told me the prescription doesn't seem right compare to previous one that I had done there so I had to get another checkup. Overall, not confident inspiring.
This BDP center is great. The office staff are friendly and well organized. Dr Stephens went out of his way to not only discuss my eyes in depth but also other health conditions that are affecting my eyes and made recommendations of next steps and suggestions of where to get that help. All procedures were explained in depth and never forced on me allowing me to make the best decision for myself.
I don't usually give a top rating to anyone, but . . .
I didn't have to wait months for an appointment (next day service!)
Everyone I saw was very polite and professional - despite being in costumes for halloween!
In and out in less than an hour, but I wasn't rushed through the check-up.
Young ladies at the desks for checking in or out are not always the most polite. Very short with the older clients. Not very patient when asked questions. Sometimes clients just need a smile of reassurance that they are not a bother and that it's ok that they don't understand the first time they hear information.
This is how I have seen my older mother treated here.
Dr Tracy Hutchings is a very knowledgeable and caring professional you need to have caring for your eye health. I am 95 and have seen many optometrist over my years and I rate her at the top.
