I've been getting treatment from these amazing people for over 2 years, and I love them dearly. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Everyone is so sweet and caring. Today is April 7,2026 Tuesday and perfect day. My appointment was set up for 12:00 Noon, as I waited for them to call my name , exactly at 12:00 pm. I was going to have my bottom teeth pulled today. My experience with Antoine Dental was much appreciated and all employees were so wonderful in taking care of anyone coming in. All smiles to everyone. I was thinking, this place is a gold mine. I usually don’t leave reviews but I just feel like I have to. I am leaving 2 stars because the staff was nice, but I truly do not believe that they delivered compassionate care to me. I was in severe pain from my tooth. They quoted me 2 different treatment plans both over $3,000. Which I get it it’s a service. They didn’t give me the option to just extract the tooth until I asked about it. Gave me a number but by that point I just felt defeated. I told them it was too much for me and that I don’t think I will be able to move forward with the plan. They said ok and escorted me out. I did not get offered a prescription to manage my pain I did not get the explanation of the risk of not treating the issue. I just got a here’s your quote have a nice day. I sat in my car and cried. The least you could have done is help manage my pain. The next day i wake up pain is gone but face is swollen. I go to a dentist down the street from me. Guess what? I have an infection! The dentist was kind and you felt she cared about ME not about what I could pay for. I left that other office with a prescription for antibiotics and ibuprofen and a scheduled follow up for treatment. I know the healthcare system in this country could be better we can’t control that. What we can control is how we make people feel. You don’t want your patients to leave your office and cry in the parking lot. You want them to leave knowing that you care about them truly really care about them and not what they can or can’t pay.

It feels like they overbook patients and don't respect people's time. I was happy when my braces came off because my teeth looked straight, but months later I developed pain and sought opinions from two dentists. Both expressed concerns about the orthodontic work and recommended corrective treatment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

Today I waited for an hour for my cleaning appointment, and was never called . Multiple people that got there after me , were called before me.
