I want to start by saying that Dr. Daghigh is absolutely wonderful. He is professional, attentive, and consistently makes me feel respected and well cared for. My 1 star is in no way a reflection of him.
During a recent appointment, the medical assistant (dark hair and dirty white air max sneakers) responsible for taking my vitals refused to make any physical contact with me. Rather than administering the blood pressure cuff and temperature check herself, she directed me to remove the blood pressure cuff on my own and take my own temperature — without offering any explanation whatsoever.
This behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It felt as though she did not want to touch me, as if I were somehow unclean. No patient should ever be made to feel that way in a medical setting. I left the appointment feeling hurt and unsettled.
I am leaving a review here as I attempted to reach out to the office via the email listed on their website and received an email the following day stating that the email listed was no longer in use.
You all should really consider who you're hiring. If a medical assistant has issues with touching patients then I think she may be in the wrong field!
I enjoyed my first visit at AdvoCare. The front desk could be a little more pleasant and personable, but my meeting with Dr Stoloff went well. She was very enthusiastic, easy to talk to and really seemed to care. I appreciate that and I hope she continues down that road with her new patients. We were both new to the facility and I wish us both luck. The facility is huge and full of doctors in different fields. I'm looking forward to becoming a permanent client. Time will tell.
Dr. Wolfset is one of the kindest, most informative doctors I’ve ever had. I’ve been treated for asthma and allergies for about 30 years now, and I had let my treatment become lower priority simply because of some bad experiences with doctors in the past. She’s prompt, patient, really informative, and truly interested in helping you feel better in a way that’s best for you. Her staff are all super kind and informative as well. Can’t recommend the office enough!
I love Dr. Geena. I feel very well cared for, and she helped me finally get rid of migraines that were torturing me every month. She is my PCP, and this year I also did my annual GYN appointment with her. It was excellent. I get very nervous before those, and she made me feel very safe and comfortable.
Overall, the approach of the clinic is very business-like. My interactions with the front desk are always straight to the point, and I get what I need - they printed out my immunization records right away when I asked for it, booked my next appointments. It's clearly a busy practice, but everything runs smoothly. At least that was my experience.
Dr. Stoll is an amazing and hilarious doctor! He always makes sure I'm well taken care of. I've been a patient here for years, and I love the convenience of getting blood work done right in the office. No need to go anywhere else! The entire staff is wonderful and respectful. 😊 #Doctor #Care #Convenience #Staff.
Have had very mixed experiences here. Some providers are great. But I think there is something fishy going on with insurance billing. Providers claim to spend 40 minutes with a patient when billing insurance but are in and out in 10 minutes. My spouse has had bills where providers claim to provide care they 100% did not. Then, they are impossible to reach. When you do reach them, billing decisions seem completely arbitrary.
I had a new patient PCP appointment with Dr. Joel Goldshore MD. I was looking for a new LGBTQ+ physician and I’m glad I found a great one. He’s very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. He took time to answer my questions and take care of everything I needed done. Some reviews mentioned long waits—I did wait a little over a half hour once in the patient room, but that’s not much longer than most offices these days. Bloodwork in the lab was very quick and efficient; I was out within a few minutes.
I rarely write reviews but this place seriously blows. I’ve tried 2 separate appointments here, both during the week at a normal time in the day (Latest being 10AM). First, Zocdoc puts that doctors in this office can do anything apparently. They “can do therapy” and ENT services. I’m not faulting this office for that but they should really try to get that fixed. People make time out of their workday to go in and then get told at check in OR in my first case, when I’ve waited 45 minutes in the room that they’re just referring me to a specialist. And they have the gall to still want to keep the copay which is seeing the doctor for a minute.
My latest appointment, I arrived at 9:40AM for my 10AM appointment and checked in. The front desk receptionist told me he’s not an ENT and would refer me. I told them that’s fine because I was looking to ask some other primary care doctor related questions. Never got to even do that. Around 10:25am, another person went up to the front desk to ask for their copay back since they were waiting in the room and never saw the doctor. Meanwhile, I’m watching the Doctor walking around talking. I waited until 10:30AM and at that point, I got my copay back and left. I then hear them call my name when I’m in the exit hallway, too late. I had to get back to work and can’t wait 15-30 minutes for the doctor in the room. If you can get an actual appointment here and you enjoy the service and doctors, then that’s great. But for new patients, just go somewhere else, this place is not worth it.
