Across the 14 clinics we list under Orthopedics in Texas, the average rating is 4.8. This one is at 4.7, which is the middle of that field rather than either end of it. It is less documented than most, though — 1,209 reviews, where the local average is 2,005. A rating on fewer visits is a less settled one.

Dr. Brooks and the entire staff are outstanding. Everyone in the office is kind, patient, and professional, and they create a calm, supportive environment. The care is excellent, and the team goes out of their way to make each visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this practice.
Very friendly the minute I checked in which made me feel relaxed about my appointment. The nurse that took my information in the exam room was also friendly and efficient. I was only in there a few minutes before the doctor arrived. He was knowledgeable about my medical issue and reassured me that the problem would be resolved very soon. I was as elated and happy when I left to go home. Overall, I would recommend this practice without reserve.
We had a great experience at this office. They were able to get us in quickly (same day) for the appointment. Doctor Mills was friendly and knowledgeable and we were able to have an X-Ray and cast put on—the same day. Thank you!
I took my mother to her appointment this morning, and the young male that works at the reception desk who checks out the patients is rude and unhelpful. He didn’t speak when we approached the counter for check out. We had to ask him if he could help us with scheduling our next session. He also wasn’t helpful in trouble shooting the best options on how to change her appointment times, since she is seen on Fridays, they only open the calendar two weeks in advance, and the schedule fills up quickly. The PTA who assisted us was warm, and helpful, but the support staff needs additional support and training so that the full experience is better for patients.
I visited Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at 10425 Huffmeister as a Notary Public. The facility is modern, clean, and well-organized. Parking was easy with convenient access, and the staff were professional and welcoming. A well-run office with excellent service all around!-on Spot Mobile Notary, Cypress,Tx
I think I’ve seen all the Drs here for one thing or another 😊 and every time it’s been the same great service. They are very personable and they take what you say very seriously. The next Nurses listen. The PA’s are the best. And my Drs are great! Dr Tanous and PA Chris did my knee and the experience was better than I thought it would ever be. They took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. I feel very confident with them if and when I should need to get my other knee done. A Thank you goes to the office staff too.
I had an awfully painful experience at advanced orthopedics in Cypress TX and still suffering, they kept referring me to other doctors within their facilities and kept charging me constantly for each Dr visit and x-rays when they knew it was not a bone issue it was a nerve issue. I was prescribed somewhat the correct medication in the beginning for the nerve inflammation and pain, but when I informed them that I was still in pain I was told I need to make another appointment with the spine surgeon ($$$) and he told me that he could not help me (he was spine surgeon), that my issue was nerve related and referred me to another Dr who was a pain specialist. He prescribed me muscle relaxer and meloxicam for pain for nerve issue which should not have been prescribed as I had a nerve issue and not a muscle issue and the pharmacist recommended not to take both meds as it will interact dangerously with my existing meds. I did take the meds thinking it would help with the pain, BUT it aggravated it even more and resulted in more PAIN than you can imagine. I tried calling 2-3 times for assistance but got no help whatsoever. I don't want to see all the doctors at this facility, i want to see a Dr who can help with my pain and suffering. I paid over $400 out of pocket, would be paying more if i continue with them and am still suffering in tremendous nerve pain. I would NOT recommend this facility at all for nerve pain. They just pass you on to the next Dr to make $$$ with no resolution. I am still suffering, and I had to find another Dr to help with the pain and my nerve issues.
Perfect. I really enjoy being a patient of Dr. Brooke and his assistant, Aieda; they are excellent individuals who treat us with great care and respect. They are outstanding professionals—truly compassionate human beings. They do a wonderful job. Congratulations on having such excellent professionals on your team! 👏🏻👏🏻
