Excellent facility great locations and very easy to book an appointment. The staff was friendly welcoming, and was able to diagnose my problem and put me on a treatment plan very quickly. They worked directly with my insurance, which was a very easy process. They have great communication tools I would highly recommend this facility.

I really wanted to trust Aayu with my health and keep them as my PCP, but so many of their best team members have left, and they've done nothing but make mistakes with my health this past year. I had a rare metabolic issue and was given very dangerous incorrect health advice. More recently, I was told no notes were taken during my annual physical appointment, even though I had spent significant time explaining my health issues. My wife was kept waiting nearly 45 minutes for a simple blood draw, and her fasting appointment took almost two hours. Finally, they forgot to order the labs I requested and then wouldn't add them later because they had not taken any notes. I highly recommend avoiding this provider.

I would not recommend this clinic. I experienced ongoing billing issues, including receiving a $260 bill more than two years after my visit that I believed had already been resolved. Despite receiving additional billing statements years later, the account was never sent to collections, which only added to the confusion. The medical care itself was also inconsistent. To address a single health issue, I was required to schedule multiple appointments. During my first visit, it took approximately 48 hours for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. The second provider I saw was excellent, but unfortunately left the practice. At a later visit, another provider changed several of my medications after only one appointment, which left me uncomfortable with the continuity of care. I enjoyed my experience with my NP Katie Coyle, but the billing system and excessive meetings that rack up so much money have been a complete headache.
