Dr. Nazif is a really kind and caring doctor. I had a very good experience with her during my visit. She is friendly, patient, and takes the time to listen carefully to all my concerns without making me feel rushed. She explains everything clearly and makes sure I understand the treatment plan. Her warm and positive attitude creates a comfortable and welcoming environment, which helped me feel relaxed throughout the appointment. We attended an appointment for our father’s diabetic review with Dr Monisha Kurian, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received.

I had a very disappointing experience at this GP surgery. I felt that Dr Martin did not listen properly to concerns or take the time to understand my symptoms. I left the appointment feeling that my problems had not been properly addressed or that I had been given the support I needed.
I was also disappointed with the reception service. I found the reception staff to be unhelpful and not as supportive or approachable as I would expect when patients are seeking medical assistance.
