I was referred to West 1 Health for knee pain due to an old ACL injury, and I'm so glad I found them! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, everyone is very welcoming, and there's a gym space on site that helps set up all the relevant exercises. My physio, James, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful; he's always happy to answer questions and continuously re-evaluates and adjusts the programme based on progress and constraints. His sunny personality makes it easy to push through rehab even when the going gets tough! My knee has been steadily improving. Highly recommend this place!

Hayley is our physiotherapist, shes amazing, kind, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me recover after my ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair, including guidance around rehab and travel. She is now treating my daughter after her syndesmosis repair with the same expertise and care. We feel very fortunate to be under her care and highly recommend her.
After my shoulder surgery I attended West 1 Health for my physio rehab. On my first appointment I was welcomed by the friendly admin team and introduced to my physio Dory. Dory’s knowledge and expertise was just what I needed to give me the confidence to regain the strength and mobility. I would highly recommend West 1 Health to any of my family and friends. I have been seeing Sangi for several years, and her care had such a positive impact on my quality of life. Sangi is deeply knowledgeable, always guiding me on the right exercises at the right time. I love the uplifting approach to physio and empathy and care that goes into the instructions. The facility is spotlessly clean, well equipped and everyone has a friendly and welcoming attitude.
I wanted a physiotherapist with extensive knowledge of shoulder recovery and I couldn’t have been happier than the experience I had with Caitlin. She explained the recovery process at all times and carefully guided me through the progressive exercise and therapy programme, with a keen eye for maintaining good form. Operationally, booking is super easy, the practice is very flexible, and communication is always spot on.
In terms of the actual therapy, Dori has been totally amazing. She is the best physio I have seen (out of quite a few over the years for various issues). When I had my back spasm back in February, she was the first physio to really take the time during sessions to actively release the muscle via massage and needle work. She is highly knowledgable and attentive. Next time I am in need of a physio I will definitely be back.
