I had my hair transplant at Harley street on the 29th of May and my experience has been fantastic from the build up to now! Shammy was brilliant he give me all the information and confidence I needed in the build up, the surgeon Dr Sumeyye Yuksel Isik and team were amazing during the procedure and the after care has been spot on! Had a very good experience with Want Hair, from first contact I was put in touch with Grant who was very informative and knowlegable about everything I asked. I did choose to have it done in the UK and it all went well and I'm very happy with the results to date. After the transplant I was required to send pictures in to a whatsapp groupchat eachday after washing and I would receive feedback from the Want Hair team which I found to be very reassuiring over the 10 day period it's required. Want hair have been great all the way through my hair transplant which I had at Harley Street in the middle of March. I still have a long way to go for final results but it’s looking great so far. I dealt with Grant prior to my surgery who was really helpful and honest about expectations. He answered any questions I had and was always available to chat. I was added to a what’s app group a couple of days before surgery to answer any questions I had and sent daily pictures post surgery to Becky who was also great and really helpful. I was really nervous before surgery but had no need to be as the Harley street team was all great and made the whole experience a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.
