Me just finishing my chemotherapy after oesophageal cancer any wife in care with Alzheimer’s disease she was very friendly understanding to my circumstances.She explained everything that she was doing and did an excellent job.Rebooked for 10 weeks time . May I start by saying I have used this practice for many years, I was called today 45mins before my appointment to be told I could not attend due to the practitioner being poorly, I was told they could offer me an appointment Monday! (Which is not convenient for me) I live an hours drive away! Yes I understand people get ill, I then had an 2hours drive home!!! To say I was not happy is an understatement, Then I received a text message to say if I cancel my appointment less than 24hrs notice I will be charged if the space is not filled!!!! I then called was told I should be more sympathetic due to my line of work! And then offered an appointment for Saturday, which I declined. Just to let you all know I have a lot of sympathy towards poorly people, I have a seriously ill granddaughter so to be spoken to like this by a very unsympathetic Practice Manager is not acceptable!!!! So if you have any issues do not bother trying to speak with her, ok when they are taking your hard earned cash.
