On my 2nd visit to the Dudley branch (the first I was kept standing there for 15 minutes waiting for the girl to ask someone else how to fix the scratch on my lens) Emma was really lovely, she couldn't get the scratch out and quickly checked (as i only had last year) then ordered me a replacement pair. Emma was very efficient and professional.
My experience of Vision Express every thing was excellent. Highly recommended. Humaira was excellent in every way. She tested my eyes. Jon the manager was excellent also all the staff..

First time back to vision express for approx 10 years after a bad experience but I’ve experienced exceptional service this week, the appointment was on time, optometrist was helpful, caring and understanding, front of house team were extremely knowledgeable of their products and offers, delivering a wonderful customer service experience.
I had a great experience with the optometrist I saw at Avreet. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my eye exam. I never felt rushed, and they made sure all my questions were answered. The exam was thorough, and I felt confident in the care I received. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this optometrist to anyone looking for quality eye care.
Unfortunately was stuck in traffic after trying to ring to say was going to be late with no answer we got there 5 minutes late was kept waiting for approximately another 5 minutes as only one person on one of the opticians came and asked if we was being dealt with we said we had appointment was told wouldn't see us as it was after 10 minutes from the appointment time didn't really give us chance to say anything very poor customer service recieved today
