Wouldn’t even give them one star if possible. Will never give me an appointment. Years ago between them and New Cross I was ignored for so long that in the end I needed an emergency operation. Then had my first ever chest infection in my 40s. They did see me to give me some antibiotics but then needed a chest X-ray as I couldn’t get rid of it. Couldn’t get an appointment to be referred. Had to fight it by myself for months. And recently was in an and e after a serious head incident. Doctor wanted to see me but receptionist wouldn’t give me an appointment. I did get very frustrated as I was extremely frightened. To the point the police rang to check on my welfare as the surgery thought I’d harm myself. But instead of giving me an appointment to check on my well being they kicked me out the practice. Said I was threatening them. That’s not what police report says. So taking this as high as I possibly can. Absolutely no care for me at all over the years. I’ve been advised I must make this complaint so that’s what I’m doing
