I had my first laser session today with Malika and she was amazing. I was a little late, but she still treated me with so much care and patience. I’ve had Botox over a dozen times at other Therapie branches and independent practices but both the session and top up I had here in June and July 2026 were notably more painful and uncomfortable than any previous experience.
The top up resulted in bruising, which I’ve also never experienced before. The front-of-house staff were apologetic and offered some arnica gel, but I was disappointed by how dismissively my concerns were handled by the doctor who breezily said it will clear up in a week. This is it on day 8.
I had my laser hair removal session today at Therapie Clinic with Shyane, and it was such a great experience. She was professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. Shyane explained everything clearly, checked in with me to make sure I was okay, and her friendly manner really put me at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received – thank you, Shyane! I had such a great experience with Kianna at Therapie Clinic. She made me feel super comfortable from the moment I arrived and made sure I was completely at ease throughout my laser session. She was incredibly kind, easygoing, and took the time to reassure me when I showed her my progress picture — which really boosted my confidence about my hair reduction results.
Kianna also gave me really helpful advice and made sure I was aware of the current offers available, which meant I ended up booking more sessions because the experience was so amazing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who feels anxious about laser treatments or similar procedures, as she creates such a calm and reassuring environment.
Another thing is that she actually called beforehand to let me know I can come early as she was free - which is super amazing as it’s Ramadan and am eager to get home!!
I had the most wonderful experience getting my laser treatment done! Kianna is incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. I had my first full body laser treatment today and I have to say it was a 10/10 experience! Kiana was so friendly and kind and made me feel very comfortable! I felt no pain and only took half hr! I hope I am as happy with the long term results of the laser as I am leaving the clinic for the first time 😊 Highly recommend!!
This clinic cancelled my Hydrafacial appointment with little notice - an appointment I had specifically booked ahead of my wedding after being actively encouraged to do so by Thérapie staff. I was left scrambling with a prepaid credit and no treatment.
When I tried to rebook, I accidentally selected the wrong clinic and contacted Thérapie immediately to fix it. What followed was days of ignored emails, no phone line that would pick up, and a customer service team that hid behind a 48-hour policy - for an error I flagged within hours.
I have been a customer since 2023 and have spent thousands across Thérapie clinics. I have always accommodated their last-minute changes and cancellations with no complaint. When I needed the same flexibility, I was stonewalled.
I eventually only received a response after posting public reviews - and even then it was a copy-paste policy rejection, not a resolution.
I am getting married next week. This treatment meant something to me. The failure started here, at Wood Green, and Thérapie as a brand has done nothing to make it right. I will be escalating to the CEO and Citizens Advice.
Do not trust that your prepaid treatments are safe with this company!!
