I’ve now had my fourth laser hair removal session at Therapie Clinic with Nicola, and I’m really happy with my experience so far. Nicola is professional, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She explains everything clearly and works with great care, which makes each session smooth and reassuring.
I’ve also had skincare treatments here, and the standard of service has been consistently excellent. The clinic feels professional and welcoming, and the staff are knowledgeable and attentive.
Highly recommend Nicola and the team if you’re looking for laser hair removal or skincare treatments.

I highly recommend Therapie Clinic for laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments. I’ve been having my treatments with Taylor, and she has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable during every appointment.

Had 10 sessions for my facial laser so far, the results have been positive. The staff is considerate and nice all the time. Also appointment booking moved to the app, which is much more convenient. The products skin theory is very good as well.
I always have such a lovely experience at Thérapie Clinic St. James. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming, and they really make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. I usually have my laser hair removal treatments with Tegan or Patrycja, and both girls are amazing always ask if I am okay or need a break. Would recommend either of them! They’re professional, knowledgeable, and always make me feel completely at ease.
A special mention to Patrycja, who is such a good girly chat and makes every appointment fly by! She always puts me in a great mood and creates such a relaxed atmosphere. I’m so happy with my results and genuinely look forward to my appointments. The clinic also do laser hair removal penny sales which are such a bargain to grab when the offer is on they also do lots of other treatments that I haven’t tried yet but might in the future Couldn’t recommend the clinic enough! 💖✨🤍
This was my first time here; I waited almost ten minutes at the empty front desk until someone came out and greeted me. I then wait another 15 for the injector.
The injector was nice enough but not necessarily friendly. She was silent most of the time; I understand we all have bad days and I don’t hold it against her, but a more reassuring tone and energy is welcome when you’re trusting someone with a needle on your face, lol. I’ve had Botox before, but this was the quickest treatment I’ve ever gotten. It felt very rapid and she didn’t warn me where the needle was going next. I did leave with large bumps which I usually don’t have, because I think she was a bit superficial with the needle, but it could just be me. Overall it was fine and the cheapest I’ve ever paid. The clinic felt clean and the injector herself seemed qualified.
My usual injector (not at Thérapie) is chatty and takes her time with me. Here I felt a little rushed it made me worried a bit. I’m not sure I’ll come back; I’ll see how I feel, how the results pan out, and if the discounted price is worth it. It is super easy to book online which I appreciate.
The experience was okay. I found my injector, Dr. Khan, a little too unprofessional, particularly when reflecting on previous clinics I have been a client of over the last ten years. Past injectors have refrained from encouraging work beyond where I truly need it, whereas Dr. Khan pressured me for further work beyond my scheduled work. For example, during our first me he asked me several times before the work began if I wanted to do work on my forehead - the answer was no each time. During my follow up treatment he told me that because I won't do work on my forehead, my results elsewhere won't look great, which is not true, is not something I believe based on my own reflection in the mirror, and is not something I have ever experienced previously. I did make Dr. Khan aware that I did not believe it was appropriate for him, as a practitioner, to say such comments towards clients and he reiterated that it was just his 'opinion', which is exactly the problem. Practitioners should not be directing their 'opinion' towards customers.
Additionally, during my first appointment with him, which was also my first Therapie appointment ever, he made a remark about the scar on my face. Perhaps this was innocent, or perhaps it was another act of unprofessionalism, especially due to my appointment being anti-wrinkle treatment not anti-scar treatment. He also continued to rest his forearm across my body and breastbone as he performed the injections which truly is bizarre. I am a person, not a piece of furniture. I don't think Dr. Khan is representative of Therapie as the women at the desk remain professional and welcoming, but it was a great disappointment to realise that my follow-up appointment needed to be with the same practitioner again. Fortunately, after asking, future appointments in my annual package I signed up for can be with other members of staff which I am looking forward to meeting. I think that will give me a clearer impression of Therapie and the standards they hold employees to.
I had my first laser hair removal session with Patrycja, and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain the process clearly and answered any questions I had, which really helped ease any nerves. During the session, we had a lovely chat which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Everything was clean, well-organised, and ran smoothly. I’m really happy with how it went and would definitely recommend her to anyone considering laser treatments!
Magda has done my laser for years. I am now just returning after purchasing a block of 3 sessions to reduce the small amount of hair. I've had laser now 6 years and it's only now I am doing mu first top up sessions. 3 will be enough as it's extremely minimal and fair only I notice.
I also HIGHLY recommend trusting Nicole with and injectables I get my botox done from Nicole and she is amazing. Magda persuaded me years ago to try and I can't thank her enough as my skin feels amazing and I love it. Both ladies are a credit to St James's Quarter Therapie Clinic.
