I had a really positive experience with the practice Nurse Tanya B during both my baby’s vaccination appointment and my own consultation. She was very professional, cheerful, and approachable from the start.
Tanya took the time to clearly explain everything, making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout. Her patience and calm manner really stood out and she made the whole experience much less stressful than I had anticipated.
She also followed through on everything she said, after the appointment, she promptly emailed me additional information about the consultation, which I found very helpful and reassuring.
Overall, Tanya made me feel completely at ease during both the consultation and the procedure. I’m very pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend her.

I recently had an appointment with Dr Rasall Choudhury at The Speedwell Practice, and I am extremely grateful for the level of care and professionalism I received.

I tried to call reception about a call that was supposed to happen with one of the doctors at the surgery earlier today to discuss blood test results to find that I'm now talking to a virtual receptionist. It took over 10 minutes to provide the details as everything needed to be spelled out. At the end of the call I was informed that my query would be passed on to the admin team and to expect a call back within 2 days.
I cannot understand how this system is better than talking to an actual person, a call which would (when you eventually got through to reception) have taken 2 minutes.
Took part in a fire drill today and was genuinely impressed how well it was carried out. Staff were calm, organised, and ensured that all patients and staff were safely evacuated from the building promptly and in an organised manner. It was evident that the practice takes patient and staff safety very seriously. A well-managed exercise and a credit to the entire team. Great teamwork.
I had an appointment with Nurse Tanya and have never felt more comfortable with a nurse. She made sure I understood why I was there, what to expect during my visit, and what to do afterward. She helped me feel completely at ease. She is truly an exceptional nurse.

finished my appointment with Dr Yann Gelister and couldn’t be more pleased. It’s such a relief to have finally found a doctor who took the time to thoroughly review my case and recommend further investigations to reach an accurate diagnosis. The clinic itself is spotless and welcoming, and the receptionist was genuinely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
