I had a skin tag removal treatment at this clinic under the care of Dr Inna, and I’m very pleased with the experience. Dr Inna was gentle, reassuring, and extremely clear in explaining every step of the procedure, which immediately put me at ease.
The treatment itself was even better than I expected. It was carried out with great professionalism, and I felt well looked after throughout the entire process. Dr Inna made sure I was comfortable at every stage, and her calm and caring approach made the experience smooth and stress-free.
I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment.

My daughter VN had a follow-up appointment today. We were aware of the London Tube strike and, despite being offered the opportunity to reschedule at very short notice, we chose to keep the appointment to avoid inconveniencing the clinic and as it was a follow up the appointment.
Unfortunately, due to severe disruption caused by the Tube strike, she became delayed despite making every effort to arrive on time. I called the clinic after I missed their call to explain the situation and was told that attendance would be at the clinician's discretion. My daughter then paid for a taxi and travelled directly to the clinic, hoping that the exceptional circumstances would be taken into account.
To our disappointment, the appointment was not honoured. She was willing to wait to be seen later in the day. What was particularly frustrating was that an invoice for non-attendance was emailed almost immediately while my daughter was still speaking with reception. This gave the impression that charging the fee was prioritised over considering the circumstances or exploring whether the clinician could still see her.
This was a follow-up consultation, and previous appointments have typically lasted around 15 minutes despite being booked as 30-minute consultations. We also rebooked another appointment immediately, demonstrating our commitment to continuing care with the clinic.
We fully understand that clinics have terms and conditions and that missed appointments can have an impact. Today's appointment would be the 3rd appointment with this clinic and this is the very first time she missed an appointment. However, given the widely publicised London Tube strike, the advance notice we provided, and the effort to reach the clinic by another mode of transport, and our immediate rebooking, we had hoped for a more compassionate and flexible approach!
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this clinic due to our experience with their customer service and overall conduct.
There are some hardworking individuals here, such as Leigh, who have been helpful and professional. Unfortunately, this is overshadowed by poor management and a lack of consistency across the clinic.
Firstly, trust, honesty, and transparency have been major concerns. We were told one thing initially, only for this to change later without clear explanation.
Secondly, the pricing structure was unclear and felt misleading. Kate the manager is very rude and Tara payment in advance, refusing to process a refund even though the treatment has not taken place.
Thirdly, my daughter was diagnosed with a condition she does not have, based solely on a brief video consultation without any scans or proper medical assessment. This was extremely distressing for her. At just 14 years old, this experience has significantly impacted her confidence and trust, which is especially concerning at such a sensitive age.
Overall, we felt that our situation — requiring laser treatment for medical rather than cosmetic reasons — was not handled with the care it deserved. Given how difficult it was to find suitable treatment for a young patient, this experience felt particularly disappointing.
I would strongly recommend seeking alternative clinics.
I had an appointment booked with Dr Clayton at the London Skin and Hair Clinic that had been scheduled almost six months in advance. We had already arranged our travel plans around the original appointment.
Two weeks ago, the clinic contacted us to say that the doctor wanted to change the appointment time. Although this was inconvenient and disrupted our travel arrangements, we reluctantly agreed and even changed our train bookings to accommodate the new time.
The appointment was due to take place tomorrow but today I received another call saying that the doctor wanted to change it back again. At that point, I felt this was highly unprofessional and asked for the appointment to be cancelled.
After waiting months for an appointment, having it rearranged multiple times at the last minute showed very little consideration for patients' time, travel arrangements or commitments. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic, as you may find yourself losing months of waiting time due to repeated scheduling changes.
Very nice staff, from reception to consultant. I really appreciate their honesty—being told I wasn’t a suitable candidate for hair removal is far better than undergoing treatment, spending the money, and ending up disappointed. That said, I do think inclusion is important, and it would be great to see a wider range of laser options suitable for darker skin tones. Their transparency, however, shows they are a trustworthy clinic so would recommend to my fairer friends!
We had a one-hour consultation with practitioner Sarah and were extremely impressed. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a thorough and easy-to-understand way. We really appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and the balanced feedback she provided. She made the whole experience comfortable and informative, and we left feeling much more confident and well-informed. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone seeking expert advice in a professional and reassuring setting.
Proceed with caution ⚠️ Just look at their passive aggressive unprofessional replies to their customers. Never seen anything like it. This should be your first impression of this Clinic.
