I do not recommend registering with this GP. They are very unprofessional and corrupt. They constantly scam people out of medical reports and charge exorbitant prices. The receptionists are incredibly unfriendly and incompetent, and the manager, Naomi, is equally rude, dishonest, and steals money from patients for her own benefit. I asked for her first and last name, but she refused to give me her last name because she knows she's stealing. Dr. Sarah Hillson constantly changes her prices, even for signing documents. She charged me £80 for a document, then £20, and now £40. Despite being an NHS health center, not a private clinic, they take advantage of the most vulnerable people. They only offer appointments with trainee nurses who are not qualified to treat illnesses and tell you to go to the pharmacy to buy medication. Terrible service, the worst in London 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Incredible GP practice! They respond to eConsults immediately, the reception team is always kind and helpful, and I have consistently received excellent care. I’m a dentist living locally, and I always tell everyone how well my local GP practice operates. A huge thank you to the whole team 🙂
I had an appointment with Doctor Hilson aa I was worried about my health as a Lump had appeared on my Body. Following a Diagnosis it was not what I feared but I had popped my Hernia which needs an operation to rectify this.
During the consultation, Doctor Hilson was so reassuring, a caring for the elderly and I am sure all her Patients
If I could give more than 5 Stars then I would. She is the best Doctor I've ever had in nearly 68 years of life next Friday the 13th
I was called twice for my phone appointment but both calls were made at 12.19 and I called back at 12.23 to apologise for having missed it. Was told they won't be able to call back, cannot reschedule and to go through the entire e-consult process again. I'm in constant 4-5 level pain and deeply exhausted from my condition. It really seems like there is no heart in the people who work at this practice.
This GP is the worst there is. The reception staff are awful—rude, unfriendly, and they only give appointments when they feel like it. The doctors are just as bad; they try to charge almost 100 pounds for medical letters, taking advantage of people by stealing money. The medical care is terrible; none of the doctors there provide adequate treatment. I don't recommend registering with this GP; don't waste your time.
My favourite gp so far been living in uk
