This is already very warm and genuine — it just needs tightening up a little for flow and clarity. Here’s a polished version that keeps your tone and appreciation: Since moving to this GP practice, I have never once felt the need to change surgeries. I am incredibly grateful for the care, support, and prompt service I consistently receive. Whether it is booking appointments, requesting letters, or needing supporting documentation, the team are always helpful and efficient. As a parent of a child with additional health needs, I often need appointments and supportive paperwork, and I have always been met with understanding, kindness, and timely support. That level of care does not go unnoticed. I also want to acknowledge how polite and respectful the staff are in the way they communicate with patients. It genuinely makes a difference. I would especially like to mention Daniel and Deon. They never make me feel like I am asking for too much, and they always approach things with kindness, patience, and professionalism. They make accessing GP support feel effortless, and I am so grateful for the care they show towards both my children and my wellbeing. I truly do not regret moving to this GP practice. Thank you for all that you do.

"OMG! This is one of the best days of my life. 🤗 One of the best things I ever did was switch from my old GP practice to the Thamesmead Health Centre. They are brilliant at providing a timely, organized, and superbly effective service—the highest quality I have ever seen in the entire NHS. For example, I previously requested several tests from my former GP for my constant, persistent abdominal pain and other life-obstructing, torturous symptoms. They always refused to conduct them, claiming they were too expensive and that I was just being paranoid. Since I joined the Thamesmead Health Centre, they have sent me for every possible test deemed suitable for my symptoms. Finally, they have identified the issue I’ve been seeking solutions for over the last three years. This could potentially be the day I am set free from the 'hidden plague' I’ve carried for so long. 😂😭 Thamesmead Health Centre has finally done it! 🤭 They show such compassion and thoughtfulness for the patient's needs; no matter how 'weird' or 'silly' a symptom sounded, they took it seriously. I am so grateful for that. They never took anything I said for granted, nor did they underestimate me or dismiss my pain as just a 'mental health' issue. Many GP practices across London need to follow their example. There are far too few clinics as good as this one. I know people say the NHS is running low on resources, but I believe that if they are running at a deficit, it is even more important to provide this level of exceptional performance. That way, they are shielded from the unfair criticism that undermines the great work these professionals do daily to help, restore, and save lives. They bring hope to minorities who are often wrongly stigmatized, mistreated, or underrepresented in our modern society. The very first time I walked into that centre, I immediately felt at home. I am beyond grateful for what they have discovered through my tests. For the first time in a very long time, I can finally say I feel liberated. It is astonishing. 🫶🏽🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Thank you so, so much. God bless you all for this… Amen."

Had a blood test with Dione recently and she was wonderful. I hate blood tests and needles, but she completed it very quickly and without any pain. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout. Thank you, Dione

After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment to see a physio. They called one day before the appointment to cancel it because the doctor was sick. They then said the next available appointment was over 2 weeks away. I'm not sure where the common sense is in the handling of this, if an appointment is cancelled at no fault of the patient - why do I have to go to the back of the line and wait another 2 weeks for the next available appointment? It should be on the practice and/or the relevant doctor to make amendments to their schedule to fulfil the appointments that they have cancelled. Its lazy and unprofessional, I will be forwarding my complaints to the ICB.

I recently had a bad experience with this GP surgery so as my daughter. Couple of weeks I called for an appointment i was told it is not urgent. I had sleepless nights pain all over my body that stop me from going to work. I was waiting for a called till late afternoon when I decided to call back and the receptionist told me the GP said it not urgent. My problem was no one called to inform me that was the case. The next day I went to Queen Elizabeth hospital and I was diagnosed with suspected fibromyalgia and low vitaminD. I had no strong pain killer to take as I needed a doctor prescription for that interestingly this surgery think this condition is not urgent and didn't even bother to contact me. The receptionist are very dismissal and this happen with my daughter today when she called for an appointment. Personally I have been with two other GPs before I just moved to the area this is the worse. It's just a bit slow for me and receptionist needed more training on who to speak to patients and we are all aware to to polite to each other. Also I am one of the millions that pay for the service through tax.

I had a very positive experience with Thamesmead Health Centre today. The team were professional, supportive, and handled my request with care and understanding. I would especially like to thank Dr Yinka Oyebade for his professionalism and support. I am very grateful for the help I received. Thank you.

The person I spoke to today went above and beyond for me following our conversation, getting me a call back from a doctor and securing me an appointment. So grateful for this. Very caring and understanding.
