Friendly atmosphere. Staff was very helpful. I had problems driving at night in rain. Mr Rehan suggested the best lenses for my needs. He explained everything very clear. Ms Mushan which made my vision check was very nice and professional. Explain everything during my vision checked.
Seamless process, very easy to navigate the flow of the appointments, staff at every point of the store to assist with different stages of the visit. Everyone very kind and helpful, extremely welcoming attitude. Didn't feel rushed or like the visit was subject to any time constraints, proper care and attention was given.
Special mention to Marwah, Gurleen and Armandeep who were all the friendliest ladies and made the process so much more seamless. Thank-you!
My son has been experiencing migraines and the optician was very thorough in determining what was happening with his vision. She realised my son was compensating for one of his eyes and suggested we use drops to get an accurate determination. She was gentle and patient with him and got us to where we needed. I was very happy. All of the team at Wolves were really friendly and put my son at ease straight away.
When I first walked in, I was greeted with a member of staff that booked me in for my appointment, I was seen quickly by the team. I was treated very well by a female asian staff member. She made sure I knew the process of that what was going to happen with my glasses ( as the same frame was being used again) and lenses. She made sure to send me an email conformation for my next appointment but also had it written down for me on a small white card ensuring the next appointment was confirmed. Overall, I was very happy with both of my services with my glasses and contact lenses. Definitely recommend booking an appointment with the Wolverhampton branch.
Professional and very attentive
Recently I had to change my reading glasses and went to SpecSavers. The service was excellent. I was going away and needed both pairs in a really short time. They are also very comfortable and the clarity is excellent. One of the team members Mohamed was going out of his way to make sure everything was just right for me.
He was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting the best result. Thank you!
As it can be busy, we booked for an early morning eye test, however we were still kept waiting 25mins after appt time, it was only upon asking were we then seen promptly. The test itself was delivered professionally by the optician, hence 4 stars otherwise it would have been 1 star. Message to specsavers don't over book, your not an airline.
Despite it being a Sunday, the store was very busy. The staff were very attentive and directed me to where I needed to go. The eye test itself was very thorough, with all of my questions answered with clarity. The score would be higher but it was I would go as far as to say, too busy. I waited around 45 minutes past my original appointment time
I was with a participant and dropped my reading glasses by accident getting off the bus in Wolverhampton 3rd June 2026. I had to take my participant with me into the Wolverhampton specsavers branch in the Mander Centre. I asked the lady on the main reception if someone could please look at the arm of my glass, the arm was wedged under one of the pods for your nose and I was unable to see to get it out. To my shock and disgust I was told point blank no because didn't purchase the glasses from them. I told her that I can't see at all to do it myself and im a long term customer with their store. Again she point blank said no not even sorry because I didn't purchase those glasses from them. Its amazing how ive been using them for a very long time and because I didn't spend my money at their store they refused to help me. Absolutely disgusting, I will not be using that store again. In fact I will be seeking the contact details for their main head office to report them. Even my participant was disgusted and tried to help me because they are my reading glasses. I was visually impaired. Clearly they only care about your money. Disgraceful
