I gave this score because the service at Specsavers Woolwich was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and very patient while helping my child. Everything was explained clearly, and we felt welcomed and looked after throughout the appointment. The store was clean and organised, and the appointment ran smoothly without a long wait. I especially appreciated how kind and reassuring the team were, which made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily recommend this branch to family and friends.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable. The appointment was well organised, and I didn't feel rushed. The store was clean and well presented, and the overall experience was very positive. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score is that there is always room for small improvements, but overall I was very happy with the service and would happily recommend Specsavers Woolwich to friends and family.
Specsavers Woolwich seem to have massively improved their customer service over the last few years. On a recent visit customer service person was so helpful when I'd made an error. She sorted out a different appointment and then the optometrist I saw was really helpful.
I had a very pleasant experience at Specsavers Woolwich. Raluca was absolutely lovely and highly professional throughout. She attended to me with great care and patience during my consultation, and again today when I came to collect my glasses. She made the whole process smooth and comfortable, taking the time to ensure everything was perfect. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. I would definitely recommend this store—10/10 service!
We had a great experience at Specsavers when I took my child for an eye check. The staff members were very helpful and professional from start to finish. The opticians were especially patient and thorough, even though my child doesn’t stay still for more than a minute. They handled everything with care and professionalism, which made the whole visit much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience and felt I got great value for my money. The staff were welcoming and took the time to clearly explain the different eyeglass features, even using illustrations to make things easier to understand. My glasses turned out perfect!
Had a walk in appointment today, they were fully booked. Ekta had amazing customer service. Front desk said they weren’t gonna be able to see me, so whilst I waited for my Dad. Ekta noticed me squinting and said do u wanna have an eye test? She was so kind and professional from beginning to the end.
The whole team were amazing.
