My experience at Specsavers Manchester Fort was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The eye test was thorough, and I felt confident in the advice I was given. Choosing glasses was easy thanks to the helpful team, and the overall service was efficient and welcoming. My visit last year, on the sales side, was not a good experience. However, this year a new retail Manager, Mohammad, looked after me. I could not have had a better experience. He helped with glasses selection, prices for 1 or 2 pairs of glasses, and talked me through the options for my varifocal lenses. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had a great experience this year. My optician Aisha deserves a mention. She is a star. Its the third year I have seen her.
Prior to arriving, I needed to change my appointment time. This was a simple and straight forward process. The staff member was very friendly and polite and provided multiple options.
During my appointment, I was seen to the waiting area promptly and was called from the waiting area promptly also.
The staff member who carried out the contact lens teach was friendly, supportive and encouraging to not give up and talked me through the process in a simple and thorough manner that was easy to understand. She was also very funny which was an added bonus.
At the end I was needing another appointment and this was booked in swiftly and easily with no waiting around.
Staff were also warm and welcoming during their welcome and farewell.
Only improvement is the store needs to be slightly bigger as it is crammed when there is a queue and people need to get to the glasses to try on but the queue is in the way. Leading you to feel like you're in the way, can be awkward
Excellent service from start to finish. I had to visit twice within 24 hours for a follow-up eye test, and the staff were incredibly helpful both times.
Antonio, Zayn, and Emily were all fast, friendly, and extremely supportive, from helping me find new glasses to explaining the eye test results clearly.
