Excellent experience at Specsavers Halesowen. Sarah K was fantastic throughout the whole process, from carrying out my diagnostic tests to helping me choose the perfect frames and ensuring everything was right when I collected my glasses. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease.
I'd also like to thank Nabil for taking the time to quality assure my experience and make sure I was receiving the highest standard of care. The whole team was welcoming and attentive, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer. Outstanding service from start to finish – I would highly recommend Specsavers Halesowen.

I would normally use an independent, experience tells me you get a better all round service when it comes to getting your eyes tested. I needed to get my eyes tested asap due to my own availability over the coming months. The service I experienced at the Halesowen branch was excellent, no waiting for to long, no pushy sales people. Just young staff taking care of business and looking after there customers.
The service from start to finish was excellent. Clear combination about appointment times via email and text, followed by an eye exam with clarity over each part of the test. There was no pressure in pushing me towards a particular type of glasses and the collection of my glasses was timely and the employee was keen to ensure my glasses fitted correctly.
had a great experience, everyone was super friendly and accommodating, the lady ( cant remember her name) who did my assessment was absolutely fantastic, super friendly, listened to me, noticed i had watery eyes which i have assumed was normal and she prescribed some eye drops which has changed my life! then when i went to pick my glasses i couldnt decide for the life of me what style sorted and member of staff was patient and help me pick!
Probably my best time going to the opticians. It just was just effortless and quick . Sarah registered me in and Ben R was fantastic and Parm for the eye test followed by Henry to help me pick the glasses. I wanted to remember everyone’s name as that it was brilliant service.
Service was great, all staff were very approachable. The facilities are all clean and ready to use. virtually no time waiting around or excuses of running behind schedule. When ordering my glasses I told the member of staff what I wanted. There was no hard sell, trying to get me to buy the next set up or anything like that. I appreciate the fact they let me get on with what I wanted. When glasses were ordered I was told I would pick them up the Sunday and made the time to do so. I had a message on the Saturday morning that they were there. I walked in on the cheeky off chance. They were more than accommodating and I walked out with my new glasses within 10-20 min. I was a customer of theirs before, then thought I would try other opticians, I was disappointed with them the comparison.....not even close. I will return to them again
All staff were great - polite and respectful taking time to answer questions. The optician who did the eye test was brilliant and thanks to Henry and Clare for their care and information. The staff do a valuable job in enhancing one's life with the right glasses to improve vision and confidence.
