I am grateful to Azim for his top class physiotherapy expertise. I have been training with him to recover from Achilles Tendonitis and a dislocated shoulder. I appreciate his full body approach and focus on weighted exercises. He knows exactly which niche muscles are strengthened by each exercise, how far to push me and how to correct my form. I feel myself getting stronger with each session and will certainly be continuing my sessions with Azim. He’s the very best!
I was reluctant to try physio due to therapists changing my workout routine however I ga e aky therapy a try. Azim worked with me through my shoulder and knee rehab he gave me the right amount of excersies/stretches to do for a perfect recovery while allowing me to still train with heavy weights which is exactly what I needed. I would recommend Azim to anyone with any sort of injury as he is very kn
owledgeable and friendly.
I had a great experience with Azim. He accurately diagnosed my QL injury and clearly explained what was going on. He walked me through strengthening exercises, provided effective massage treatment, and gave really helpful, practical advice. I felt listened to and confident in the recovery plan. Highly recommend him
First time having a deep tissue massage needed for my back pain. I would highly recommend Sky Therapy! Already feeling relieved and flexible. Would definitely go again when needed. Azim was very professional, respectful and friendly. Also very helpful with giving insightful feedback on my back regarding habits and causes. Thank you so much!
Azim is a thorough professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and very empathetic. Azim takes time to explain the causes of pain and the purpose of exercises. He is very attentive to the needs of his patients and provides personalized care. However, it's the location of Sky Therapy in Hounslow is not good and the people at the reception are not at all respectful. They are very unwelcoming.
I went to Sky Therapy for an injury and saw Harvey. He was really friendly, explained everything properly, and knew exactly what he was doing. After a few sessions the pain was a lot better and I was able to start going to the gym again. Proper good service, would definitely recommend Harvey 🙌🏽
I came to Sky Therapy with a shoulder injury from training BJJ that had been bothering me for some time. After just a few sessions with Harvey, the pain reduced massively and I felt much improvement. I’m now back to training with much more confidence. The sessions were great, and Harvey advised me on certain exercises to help with recovery. I highly recommend Sky Therapy to anyone dealing with pain or recovering from an injury.
