No one has reviewed this clinic here yet. Yours would be the first.

I booked the appointment online, the receptionist was perfectly nice and efficient at her job. They saw me almost exactly on the dot. The nurse was attentive, maybe a little slow, but knowledgeable and gave me the treatment I needed. The clinic was nice and clean. Overall, good experience and will come again if needed
After my hysteroscopy, the assistant watched me get dressed and wipe.
At no point was I offered appropriate privacy, dignity, or reassurance.
I’ve never had to ask for privacy but today when getting dressed I did. Staff member was invasive and I would like this matter to be investigated and for clarification to be provided regarding your policies and staff training on patient dignity, privacy, and consent. I would also appreciate reassurance that steps will be taken to prevent similar experiences happening to other patients in the future.
I’m shocked, appalled and disappointed by the lack of respect from staff. I witnessed staff walking through corridors having personal conversations on the phone, sitting in patients waiting area - I’ve never seen so much chaos! Room 206 is where I saw male clinician. I will be contacting Care Quality Commission as well as Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
If I could I will give 0. Almost impossible to reschedule an appointment as the number given in the message is unreachable. After 25 calls to different numbers someone pissed off may accomodate the request. If you are booked for a pelvic scan they perform just an abdominal scan all the times, making you believe they have seen enough, they are instead 2 distinctive exams serving different purposes. The level of accuracy is 0 the level of laziness 5 stars.
Aziz kindly provided me with accurate and detailed assistance when I called the medical centre. He was efficient, professional, and very helpful throughout the conversation. A great example of excellent customer service. His helpful attitude made the process much easier. Highly appreciated.
Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health & Wellbeing Centre If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to booking appointments and handling referrals. My GP sent a referral for hemorrhoid rubber banding, and after requesting it through the NHS App I waited 14 days with no call and no contact whatsoever. Despite this being an urgent medical issue, no one contacted me and I had to call them myself just to get any response. When I finally spoke to someone, I was booked for 27th of May, nearly three months away, for a procedure that in my case is an emergency, for a simple procedure that only requires 10 to 20 minutes. They already had the referral and still made no effort to contact me earlier or prioritise my situation. The lack of communication, organisation, and basic patient care is shocking, and now I completely understand why this centre has so many bad reviews
Just had my appointment cancelled by NHS Newham for my appointment tomorrow!
Rubbish explanation given and they expect me to wait 5 weeks for another appointment!
I had arranged for a family member to take half a day off work to drive me there and back due to my severe lower back pain.
They do not care about people born here!
They are too busy attending to Dinghy Invaders before the Tax Paying British Public!
If I could give 0 stars I would The staff for the breast screening service was absolutely disgraceful.
The two ladies working were very very horrible , not welcoming at all letting other people go before our turn and time just because they seemed to know her.
They’re so so rude when filling out the form and when asking questions absolutely no customer service skills to say the least and when I asked her how long she told me to just wait … why am I waiting for an appointment that I came for on time mind you just because you let other people through first . DISGUSTING behaviour from them all I have absolutely no idea how they’re even allowed to work when they’re this rude they should really consider who they’re hiring when it comes to health care absolutely appalling
I go here for my diabetic eye check. The staff are really friendly and professional. When you have drops in your eyes they're blurred for a while after, can be for a few hours. I always take sunglasses for after as lights seem to be really bright and use the lift down as the stairs are steep and your lack of vision slows you down :)
