I attended today for a consult with Dr Zoya- booked this weeks ago so couldnt remember what i had actually booked lol but luckily Dr Zoya did a thorough consult so it didnt really matter! She was so lovely and welcoming- and super straight talking- like …no ifs or buts …she just said it how it is- which is so refreshing ! She took background details , spoke about my lifestyle / skin routines etc and made recommendation on how to tackle the areas that bothered me about my skin. There was no hard sell or pressure to do anything - which again was so reassuring. I did end up having a treatment as i felt comfortable and informed enough to do so. I look forward to recieving the breakdown of options and products discussed so i can start my skincare journey with the clinic. Aside from Dr Zoya being fabulous- the clinic itself is so nice! Modern, clean and private- what more couod anyone ask for!. Super friendly staff and the place is really easy to find in harvey nics right at the back. They also validate your parking which is a bonus. Would definately recommend to anyone considering taking the leap into learning more about thier skin and treatments available to address any problems areas. Thanks again and i look forward to returning soon! My cats also looking into sorting our her frown lines 😂
I've now had several treatments with Dr Naqvi at Secret Aesthetics, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very first consultation, he took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I fully understood the treatment options, process, and expected results.
What stands out most is how comfortable and at ease he makes you feel. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for his patients. I never feel rushed, and all of my questions are answered thoroughly.

Returned for the second time for lip filler treatment with Dr Zoya (April 2026, February 2025). Pleased with results, service and overall experience.
The clinic has a warm, relaxed and spa-like ambience and is well designed. The front of house staff are warm and welcoming. Whilst waiting for the treatment, you have use of the massage chairs, are offered a drink and have a place to relax in private, before the practitioner comes in to greet you and take you to the consultation room.
On both visits, Dr Zoya was competent, knowledgable, efficient, friendly and most importantly, listened to and acknowledged my expectations before advising and giving her input on the likelihood of my expectations being met. The most important part of any treatment is the consultation, which in my case, was competently carried out and set the tone for the actual treatment.
I was given the opportunity to review and assess my lip, to make any final reasonable adjustments I felt were necessary, before leaving to ensure I was satisfied and happy with the results, which I was.
After visiting Secret Aesthetics, I feel that my lips (and face) look better now, after being enhanced in their size and shape, making my face more balanced. I feel like a better version of myself, which has made me feel more confident in my appearance.
I am pleased with my Lip Filler treatment (1ml), as I felt I achieved slightly more volume and definition, whilst retaining a natural look. I was also advised appropriately of other relevant treatments I could consider in the future, which was nice to be informed about.
Another reason why I will be returning is due to the Harvey Nichols Loyalty Club Points, which can be redeemed against treatments (I don't know of any other aesthetic clinic which offers this), so I feel as though I am getting value for my money, despite travelling a little bit further.
Happy with my overall experience, love my lips and will be returning when I feel the need to top up my lip filler or if/when I feel the need to consider other treatments.

I had a liquid rhinoplasty yesterday with Dr Asad Naqvi and I had a wonderful experience. The consultation was thorough as he was aware of my nerves and made me feel at ease. Throughout the treatment he would check up on me and that made me feel a lot more calmer than when I initially went in. One thing I observed is that rather than prioritising aesthetic goals, which was still a factor, he looked at my face overall and assessed how my nose would balance out my other features and what would look best for me. I felt catered for and I wouldn't have gone to anyone else. He is extremely knowledgeable and I'm glad I had my treatment done by him. Would go back to him again and would recommend him to anyone! ☺️
I had a lovely experience here today. From booking the appointment to treatment it was so seamless & perfect. The receptionist was extremely helpful & polite & he answered all my questions at the time of booking. I had the warmest welcome by two lovely ladies when I arrived for my appointment today. One of them kindly took me to the relaxation room prior to my appointment, sat me in a massage chair & sent me straight to heaven at the push of a button… wow, this was unexpected but so nice to have prior to an appointment especially if you’re feeling a little anxious 😊 I then saw Dr Taran who I will describe as professional, caring & takes the time to fully explain everything. I had lip dissolving treatment with her & pain was minimal. She is very attentive & made me feel at ease throughout my treatment & I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic. Thank you so much ☺️

I found Secret Aesthetics after much research to find someone I felt confident to carry out a fully ablative skin resurfacing procedure, using an Erbium YAG laser. Having read Dr Zoya's qualifications and experience, plus all her positive reviews, I felt sure I was in safe hands. On meeting her in person, I felt immediately at ease and able to discuss my skin concerns, without feeling judged.
I am now 4 weeks post procedure and couldn't be happier with the results. Apart from the procedure itself, the aftercare has been second to none and Dr Zoya's practical and sensible advice on skin care has been invaluable to me going forward.
