Since they opened, and after all those years attending Queenswood Medical Practice , I have nothing but praise and gratitude for their exemplary level of service on all fronts. For example, following a recent painful foot injury compounding a chronic condition, their triaging system offered me a speedy next day appointment with their First Contact Physiotherapist Mr.Adi Rajput. He assessed and gave essential interim management advice. This was skilled and so helpful ,whilst awaiting an inordinately long time for an appointment with the Whittington MSK department .Even as the NHS is under pressure with funding issues and long waiting times, I feel safe , totally responded to and cared for, by this practice .
