I arrived to my GP surgery this morning at 8.05am and was told the GP would call me in two hours time. At 11.10am I did not hear from the doctor so I went back to the surgery and spoke to the receptionist about not receiving a call from the doctor. He quickly talked to the doctor who then called me while I was still at the surgery. The Doctor, Dr. Ahmed, listened to me so attentively, dug into my medical history and understood my history. Based on that, she made very useful suggestions on the way forward. She’s has requested for a couple of tests- stool and blood which I’m so grateful for. Dr Ahmed thank you for your patience and also thank you to the young calm and handsome receptionist. Keep up the good work
In the past it has been difficult to communicate with staff at reception because of unhelpfulness and unfriendly manner (and on the phone as well).
However, I had the pleasure of dealing with Omar regarding my outstanding blood test result. He phoned the lab and sorted it for me there and then while I waited which was extremely helpful as I had messaged the practice twice and just got told the result would be chased up.
Makes a difference when you go in person to the practice, and especially if you are helped by the wonderful Omar! Thank you to him!
I recently visited the surgery for a general check-up and to discuss a few health concerns, and I would like to share my very positive experience.
Dr Sherein Ahmed has consistently been an excellent doctor—always polite, professional, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen carefully, never makes you feel rushed, and explains everything clearly, which is very reassuring as a patient. Her attentive and compassionate approach really makes a difference.
The overall service at the surgery was also very good, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit.

The Doctor was very empathetic while she spoke with me and gave me options to enable me see the clinician and that to me was top notch. She was so polite and yet very professional. Kudos to the Doctor and the entire team.

What terrible service. I’ve been trying to book a medical appointment for nearly three weeks because my health is at risk, but there are never any appointments available. I need an email address where I can file a complaint.
None of my medical issues have been resolved as yet. I urgently need a visit from the home chiropodist, a referral to special needs dentistry and my sinusitis is still causing me serious problems. Wondering why I bother with doctors at all and this practice in particular. Several request from home care team have been repeatedly ignored, as well as medication requests from them.
