Even though I arrived around 20–30 minutes late, the doctor, nurses, and all staff members were very kind, supportive, and understanding. They still welcomed me warmly and completed my blood test without any issue.

I have been going to this center a little over a year. You get appointments most of the time on same day, the reception staff are very helpful and friendly, but I have yet to see any of the doctors pictured here!! The doctors I have seen seem like they are student doctors which is fine sometimes but this deems to be the norm rather than exception, it would be nice to have a doctor to see consistently, I came in yesterday feel like I was fobbed off, the cream I was given has not done anything and still in a considerable amount of pain with no change in fact getting worse!!! Turns out I have shingles!!!. I was thinking about changing surgery, but now I will really think about it more seriously and most likely make the change.
