I am very satisfied with my experience at this clinic. The doctors were extremely kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The service was highly professional from start to finish.
I would especially like to highlight the reception team, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. In particular, Natalia was outstanding – very friendly, supportive, and professional.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return again in the future. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a consistently excellent experience with Luxmedica - Polish Clinic and can confidently say it’s money very well spent.
First of all, the reception team deserves special recognition — they are always positive, helpful, diligent, and patient. Every interaction is welcoming and professional, and they genuinely make you feel looked after. Always smiling, always organised.
The location is also a huge advantage. With the Elizabeth Line, the clinic is now about 45-60 min from pretty much anywhere in central London, which makes accessing high-quality care incredibly convenient.
I’ve seen several specialists here and have been impressed across the board. The allergologist was thorough and attentive. Mr Mark, the chiropractor, helped my back significantly — I noticed real improvement. Both dentists did fantastic work restoring my teeth and supporting my overall dental health.
Most recently, my visit with the laryngologist stood out. The consultation was clear, direct, and very effective. I received a number of practical, useful suggestions, and I felt genuinely encouraged and listened to.
