So friendly and the treatment was excellent.
Linda was so supportive whilst I was waiting to have my first appointment.
Sarah assured me that I would be fine for my forthcoming holiday. She was absolutely right! After completing the initial assessment, she found the problem in my back and immediately started to work on it - I had staggered in feeling emotional and in pain and walked out with less pain and more confidence.
Two further treatments this week and advice on care for my lower back and I'm nearly painfree and much more mobile!

I had an excellent experience at Sano Physiotherapy. Yeung was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns before carrying out a thorough assessment. The treatment and advice were clear, practical and tailored to my condition. I left the appointment feeling reassured and much more confident about managing my recovery.
I've been referred to Sano physio through work on 3 separate occasions and the level of care is excellent. Linda (reception) is welcoming and knowledgeable about the services available. Charlie (physio) is excellent. Full assessment of injury / issues and plans an appropriate course of treatment. The app is also really useful for tracking progress and remembering the exercises to do. High recommend 👍🏼

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Linda on reception who was incredibly welcoming and always ready with a smile.
As for the physiotherapy, the treatment I received was great. My therapist Afsah was professional, attentive, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I’ve seen significant improvement in my mobility and pain levels thanks to her expertise and personalised exercise plan.
I had a fantastic experience at Sano Physiotherapy Pudsey Clinic. I’ve been for a few months, once a week and my physiotherapist Afsah was so professional, friendly, helpful & reassuring. She talked through everything she was doing, asked if the pressure being applied was too much and tailored my experience to my needs. I could not recommend this clinic more!
Samiya was really good, listening to my issues and addressing them well and consistently. By the end of my sessions, the pain I was experiencing was non-existent and it felt like she really cared and wanted me to feel better.
It's been a pleasure coming Sano,receptionists was very polite and Samiya was fantastic she was a very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome her experience of physio was super. If I ever need a physiotherapy again Sano will be at the top of ny list.

Honest and pragmatic discussion about the situation and circumstances of my injury leading to a clear plan to work with.
Excellent physio each session with extra "homework" for me to do between sessions and a review of progress at the start of the next session.
I thought I was going to have to put up with my injury for ever but Sarah has worked wonders and I'm almost back to how it was before my injury.
I can't recommend them enough.
