Excellent GP practice. Dr Jones is an amazing doctor, and he was incredibly kind and patient with my son, making him feel completely at ease. The trainee student doctor was also very friendly and professional. We’ve had positive experiences with the other doctors at the practice as well. Thank you to the whole team for providing such caring and high-quality care.
Following my e-consult submission, I was booked for a telephone appointment with Dr. A. Dawda. Although I initially missed the call, Dr. Dawda kindly left a voicemail and attempted to reach me a second time. From the moment our conversation began, it was truly a pleasure speaking with her.
She listened actively and patiently, never rushing me through the appointment. She asked thoughtful questions to rule out any underlying conditions, explained potential red flags in detail, and made sure I fully understood them. She also reassured me that I could contact her again if needed.
Dr. A. Dawda demonstrated the perfect combination of expertise, knowledge, and empathy — all the qualities a patient hopes for in their doctor.
Thank you, Dr. Dawda, for your help and support.
Since my previous GP surgery was very inefficient and irresponsible, I decided to register here. They treated me very well and respectfully, and immediately kept me informed about the treatment process by text message and email. Very polite and cultured people work at this surgery. I would like to express my sincere thanks to them.
This was a very disappointing experience. I am unwell, breastfeeding, and have a sick baby, yet the practice refused to examine him because he was not registered, even though I wanted to register him with the surgery. My midwife advised me several times that the doctor should examine my baby because I am already registered at the same practice.
I also do not understand how there were no appointments available when booking opens at 8:00 AM and I called at that time. Being told there were no appointments immediately is very frustrating.
I explained that I only needed advice or medication from a doctor because I am breastfeeding and cannot take medicines at random. Unfortunately, I was not offered any help, even over the phone. As a mother with a sick baby, I expected more support, understanding, and compassion.
The doctor was fantastic with my son. They took the time to listen carefully, assess his symptoms, and quickly identify what was going on. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, which made us both feel comfortable and reassured. The doctor prescribed the right medication and made sure we understood how to use it properly. Truly an amazing doctor who showed genuine care and professionalism throughout the appointment.
Rakhee Hindocha was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly person who advised & recommended preventative measures of pre diabetes and cholesterol. Advised on attending programme, exercise & healthy eating. Regular attend clinics with 6 months blood tests to monitor health & blood results. Excellent patient care and support.
Amazing doctors like Dr Gunic and Benoy probably the best GPs I’ve ever had in my life
It’s a shame that there are some lazy and unprofessional doctors like Dr Dauda and Spence? (Don’t even know his name but he’s the worst avoid at all costs!! Every time I have an appointment with him he tries to push the responsibility onto another doctor and is never helpful and always has a weird attitude…it seems like he hates his job and doesn’t want to do the bare minimum like make referrals) anyways still worth signing up to this GP surgery 😅 we’ll just all have to fight for the appointment slots with the competent doctors
Helping Richard do a earlier econsult a day they send they text message of confirmation to his mum not to him. Plus Dr Jones was meant to come for Richards appointment and never showed, that's 3 times now.
Very unprofessional
