My first time having a 4d experience. Was so lovely to share this with the family. The ladies from reception to the scan were so lovely. Felt really welcomed and would definitely recommend this type of experience and a organisations to others

On the day of my appointment, I was running exactly five minutes late and called ahead to let the clinic know. I was told this was absolutely fine, so I reasonably assumed I would still be seen five minutes after my scheduled appointment time. However, when I arrived exactly five minutes late, I was disappointed to be told I would now have to wait 20 minutes because another client had already been taken in. This was frustrating, especially as I wasn't informed over the phone that this might happen. The receptionist explained that they had no way of knowing whether I would be more than five minutes late. However, the appointment slot was still within the time I had booked, so nobody else was waiting for that time. They could have waited the five minutes before calling in another client, or at the very least made me aware of the situation when I phoned ahead. Given the length of the appointments, I would have expected a little more flexibility between bookings. The staff were polite throughout, and they made two (slightly rushed) attempts during my appointment to capture images of the baby's face (less than a five minutes) before asking me to return on another day. Unfortunately, the baby wasn't in a suitable position, which was obviously beyond anyone's control. However, I was told that any images showing even part of the baby's face would still be sent to me. After a couple of days of calling and following up, I was told I will only get these pictures at a rescan Finally, as the scan was a gift and the original appointment was on a weekend, it would have been helpful if the complimentary rescan could also have been offered on a weekend. We live around an hour and a half away, and the baby's position was completely outside of our control. It was also disappointing that there was no option to have the rescan at another branch without paying for an entirely new scan. Offering only Wednesday and Thursday afternoon appointments are nearly impossible for working people! Overall, while the staff were courteous, the communication and flexibility around the appointment and follow up left us feeling disappointed and unsure if we would even attend the rescan

A good experience, first 4D scan the baby was not positioned well so offered a free rescan. However on my rescan baby was still being stubborn and not very visible. I understand this is not anyone here’s fault but sadly we cannot see through our belly either so wouldn’t know the best time to come or know when they are awake/ positioned better! I do feel for the price it’s quite disheartening to not get any good pictures and video, maybe a different approach would be better to better allow for good pics/vids, although I have to admit the lady was lovely and really tried her best to get some good shots! Only other point is I asked about baby’s growth to which I was told to book a completely different scan, again for the price and with it being called a wellbeing and 4D scan I thought this would have been included as standard 🤔

Had a fertility scan today and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. The receptionist was lovely couldn’t fault her! But the women who did my scan was cold & not at all empathetic when being told I could have PCOS I asked if there was anything I could do to help myself conceive naturally her response “it is what it is” are u joking? I’m 23 years old I walked out of that building in floods of tears. She didn’t deliver any of the information in a professional manner. I’m a 23 year old with severe anxiety and to be told “it is what it is” is disgusting and she should be ashamed of herself! She didn’t talk throughout any of the scan, it was a horrible experience. Won’t be going there again. The receptionist and the lady who was in the room for the scan were lovely. Such a shame the lady scanning me was rude. Quick enough to take your money though.
