My dad attended A&E this morning due to an infection, and we wanted to express our sincere gratitude for the outstanding care he received. He was treated with the utmost respect throughout his visit. The nurses were amazing—extremely helpful, professional, and polite. The doctors were highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. We would especially like to thank Dr Yoon. What an exceptional doctor. He was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and took care of my dad from start to finish, ensuring he felt informed, comfortable, and well looked after throughout his treatment. We are incredibly grateful to Dr Yoon and to everyone at Northwick Park Hospital for the excellent care and compassion shown to my dad. Thank you for everything you do.

Had an amazing experience with the theatre team and all midwives at the hospital on the 31/05/26 where my daughter was delivered by c-section. I felt well taken care of, the procedure went flawless and I have a beautiful healthy baby girl. I’d like to say a massive thank you to all the team that treated me and my daughter. The hospital deserves better recognition for the all the good service provided.

If I could I would give 0 stars! Staff members (nurses) are rude, the hospital is extremely dirty I feel disgusted. They dont look after you the way they should do, at this point I don't even know why study all these years and not treat patients properly. I'm pregnant and can barely stand on my feet, they did not care! Useless!

At age 71 this was my first visit to the Urgent treatment department. Start to finish was a very pleasant experience. I was treated by a nurse Susan, amazing person, totally professional, caring and concerned. Treated me with dignity and was professional write through my treatment.

Exceptional Care at Northwick Park Hospital – Rainbow Ward & Jack’s Place : I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing doctors, nurses, and staff at Northwick Park Hospital (NHS), especially those in the Rainbow Ward and Jack’s Place. Recently, my son underwent surgery and the level of care and compassion we received was truly outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication were evident in every interaction. They treated my son with such warmth and patience, and care which made a stressful time so much easier for our family. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was explained clearly and that we felt supported throughout the process. Thank you to Northwick Park Hospital and the NHS for providing such exceptional care. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for us.

Night Maternity staff in triage was super lazy , I had a very bad experience visiting there and waited more than 6 hours ( 8:30 pm to 2:30 am) to consult with a doctor . They had only one doctor and many patients who were in the same situation as I was . Receptionist was completely non professional and rude , she had no clue what is her job role and how to deal with patients . Without checking patients file and previous medical history , they were acting like they need to carry out all medical tests from zero whereas latest test were taken two days before on same issue . Personally I felt that if someone speaks infront of them they get personal and start sending random patients without numbers and put that person on long waiting time. Super pathetic and disappointing service Honestly never recommend anyone to book their maternity case in this hospital.

I agree with Ian Luis (posted here 3 months ago) Took my wife to A&E Northwick Park with acute ear pain for 2 weeks, nether GP nor private doctor at Bushey Spire were able to correctly diagnose the exact problem and we were forced to go to A&E. The place was packed but a calm and orderly atmosphere prevailed. Of course we had to wait some time for our turn but the A&E doctor we saw was outstanding and identified the infection that 3 other doctors had missed. Well done.!
