I had an excellent experience at Neko Health in London. From start to finish, everything was incredibly smooth and efficient. The booking process was straightforward, and the clinic itself is modern, clean, and welcoming.
The staff were absolutely professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They explained each step clearly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The whole process was quick without feeling rushed, and I really appreciated how organized and well-coordinated everything was.

Neko is the one-stop shop for that. The Marylebone clinic is minimalistic, clean, and hyper-efficient. Felt dystopian and sci-fi. The operators were incredibly kind and really helpful putting any nerves aside during any tests. The debrief was great and I’ve already reserved for next year too - looking to make this an annual checkup.

See my earlier comments re my experience at my appointment. Not for general posting: It would be very good if NEKO had a branch in Oxford. Plenty of people who could afford the fee, especially with the cost of private medicine. Local private hospital the Manor’s waiting rooms always full, often long wait, no other choice. I suspect many people would welcome NEKO if available, to have better understanding and control of their overall general health.
A very pleasant experience with a thorough overview of my health status at the end. Very clean environment and very kind staff. The whole process lasts approximately 45 min. The overview analysed my general current health and the computer projected these results in time until 80yo to estimate any possible fallout and what to be careful about. Overall is worth the price paid for it.

I had my first appointment at Neko Health on Vincent Street, and honestly, the whole experience was brilliant. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, well organised, and surprisingly futuristic. The entrance is easy to find, and the staff were polite, professional, and genuinely friendly.
Check-in was quick and simple with a QR code (definitely set up your account beforehand). They asked me to swap my shoes for sliders, and I could keep the rest of my things with me while waiting. The space felt relaxing — soft music, warm lighting, water to drink, and even a phone charging spot.
When it was my turn, I was guided to a private changing room and asked to change into a robe. The technician explained what would happen clearly and professionally. The first scan involved standing in a circular body scanner that took over 2,500 high-resolution photos in less than a minute. It even talks you through the process — and trust me, when it says the lights will get bright, close your eyes!
After that came a series of health checks: blood pressure on both arms and ankles, an ECG with several electrodes, a quick blood draw, and a really impressive set of laser scans checking blood flow and oxygen absorption.
Then the doctor came in, listened to my heart, did a detailed skin inspection with a magnifying glass, and answered every question I had. Afterwards, we went through everything together on my digital body avatar — all my data, blood results, and even a few skin spots (it even picked up a tattoo mark perfectly!). The whole thing felt more like a look into the future of medicine than a standard doctor’s visit.
At the end, I booked my follow-up for next year — got a small discount for doing it on the spot — then headed back to the front to put my shoes on and leave.
Overall, I was really impressed. It was thorough, high-tech, and actually enjoyable. If you’re thinking about going, I’d say it’s absolutely worth it — a truly next-level approach to understanding your health
