Their professionalism and kindness stood out. They gave me their full attention, listening to every concern without ever making me feel hurried. They offered clear explanations, responded to my questions with patience and ensured I fully understood the treatment plan ahead. Their compassionate, reassuring approach immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Hello, it's not the first time I go to that health centre and every time we go the receptionist or other members of the staff are extremely rude and rude the girl at the reception looked at me with disgust and roll one's eyes, when she talked to me or didn't let me finish talking to explain my situation correctly the way she caught me was very bad and made me feel extremely bad. I have friends who go to that same centre and my mother the same and we all have the same complaint and it is that some people are very rude I don't understand the reason why having someone as a receptionist with such an ugly and unpleasant attitude. I apologised for being late but they don't know my situation either, my first date I didn't see unfortunately and the second I was waiting in the wrong place and I was late and when I was explaining to her she started talking without letting me explain and looking at me with a bad attitude

I was particularly impressed by the following aspects of my experience: • Convenient Online Booking: The online appointment system is incredibly user-friendly and efficient. It allowed me to secure a slot quickly without the need for long wait times on the phone, which made the entire process much smoother. • Professional and Relevant Advice: During my consultation, the staff provided clear, practical, and highly appropriate medical advice. I felt heard, and the guidance offered was tailored perfectly to my situation. In a time when the healthcare system is under significant pressure, the high standard of care and efficiency I experienced truly stood out. Please pass on my gratitude to the staff involved for their hard work and dedication.

I try to avoid asking, but if appointments become necessary, it's not easy to see a g.p., usually a nurse instead - though in the main they are helpful and efficient. I realise there are patients who constantly request appointments, often unnecessarily. People should only ask to see a clinician when absolutely in need.

I recently had minor surgery at Ann Street. The appointment was made and was contacted and had the surgery within a few days. It was carried out efficiently and sufficient advice given for after care. I might add that this came about as I was in the doctors for a face to face appointment when I asked advice about what the minor surgery was carried out on. If it had have been a telephone appointment I don’t think it would have happened so swiftly. Face to face work better for me.

Unfortunately not a good experience yesterday. Called to see the nurse for a small procedure which had been booked for weeks only to find this could not happen because of a miscommunication between practice staff and myself. A prescription had not been ordered in advance of the appointment (which was required on the day for this to happen) so I have had to re-book an appointment. I am frail and elderly and my daughter had travelled a long distance to ensure I made this appointment. Very disapointed.

Some aspects work well, ordering repeat prescriptions for example. Recently requests for medical issues have resulted in quick appointments. But although receiving a quick appointment I come away feeling disappointed and frustrated. Symptoms get treated but no real effort for real diagnosis. Been going back with same problem for many many months which is becoming steadily worse. Doctors were recommended by another professional person who I have been seeing over a few years with same problem for me to be referred to a Rheumatologist. Saw GP about this but didn't get referral. I don't ever see the same GP twice, maybe I get a quicker appointment because they are locums that I get referred to. I could not tell you the name of more than one of the regular doctors anymore. And I have been going to this doctors for 50 years! On the plus side the nurses and others services at the practice are usually very good.

Whenever I complete an online form I have always received a response the same day. When I request a repeat prescription it is processed very quickly & is also processed very quickly at my chosen chemist which is Windmill Lane. I can receive my medication within 24-48 hours from requesting it at the doctors to picking it up at the chemist which is amazing. My mum has to wait a week! Well done e to all fir your efficiency!
