As parents, it's hard to put into words how much of a difference Poonam has made to our baby and our family.
Our baby had been struggling with silent reflux since birth, and after trying various things with little success, we felt helpless. From the moment we met Poonam, we felt listened to and understood. She took the time to really get to know our baby, carefully listened to our concerns, and explained everything in a way that made sense and reassured us.
The improvement we saw after treatment was incredible. Our baby was noticeably more comfortable, settled and content, and it honestly felt like we had a different baby.
What we appreciate most is that Poonam's care doesn't stop when the appointment ends. She genuinely cares about her patients and checks in to see how our baby is getting on. She has also given us simple exercises and advice to continue at home, which has helped us feel more confident and involved in supporting our baby's progress.
Poonam is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and incredibly passionate about what she does. We always leave feeling reassured and supported.
We are so grateful for everything she has done for our baby and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for help and guidance for their little one.
I had a really great appointment with Warren. I left feeling not only physically better, but also much more informed about what was actually going on.
The treatment had noticeable effects even during the session, and what I appreciated most was being given a clear plan moving forward. I was also quite nervous about the adjustments but Warren has such a calm and reassuring personality that he made the whole atmosphere feel really comfortable. Highly recommend! 😊
Honestly could not recommend Poonam more. After experiencing reflux and dairy intolerances with my first baby I automatically followed the same path with my second when she started showing the same signs. Within 6 weeks I had tried 5 different formulas and had been told to take her off of dairy completely. She was also on an omeprazole dose that kept increasing and I still wasn’t seeing any improvements. After just one session with Poonam my daughter was back on dairy formula and completely off omeprazole with little to no discomfort. It was absolute magic and I couldn’t recommend her enough. It felt to good to be true but I was hopeful and am so glad I took her to see Poonam and followed her advice because it’s completely changed her whole personality. She seems more relaxed, content and most importantly comfortable. Thank you so much!❤️
Rishi, Warren and the team are brilliant!
I had issues with my back for quite some time and had been to several local osteopaths but had no success. I came across mhv on Instagram and was hooked on seeing the videos of a full body mot. I thought to myself this was worth a go. I booked in with Rishi who was really friendly and listened carefully to my problems without making me feel I had to rush. Rishi conducted my full mot and I immediately felt a few feet taller, less tense and lot more relaxed. Not only that Rishi identified a problem with my lower back that previous practitioners were unsuccessful.
I also had an emergency where I had severe back and chest pains and had been to A&E and they couldn’t help. I saw Warren and he was excellent also. He was very meticulous and really helped get me moving again pain free and back to work.
These guys are so good!
You do not just pay for the minutes you are in there but for all of their experience and knowledge. Worth every penny!

I had a really good experience at MHV Clinic London. The practitioner(Rishi Patel) was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the start. The treatment really helped with my pain, and I noticed improvement after just 1st sessions. Would definitely recommend!
Poonam is passionate, knowledgeable and caring. Our son had severe reflux and so much tension from a traumatic emergency c section. Pooam was our 4th osteopath we had seen and we finally noticed a massive difference in our son since seeing her. He opens his bowels daily, the volume in his reflux has massively decreased going from 40 times a day to max 5 on a bad day. He's finally able to sleep long stretches on his back in his own cot (we thought this would never happen) he's doing so well at the moment but we would know who exactly to go back to if we felt he could benefit from another session.
I highly recommend Rishi. His passion for what he does is evident from the moment you meet him. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. Turnt up to my appointment and was very welcomed. Went through briefly the history of my problems and then started getting to work. Rishi was very professional and also explained everything thoroughly whilst performing his work. Just after 1 one hour session I already felt a lot looser and benefited from the work that was performed. 100% would recommend and also 100% will be going back for my follow up appointment.
