My experience has been first class. My coordinator Yigit was extremely helpful and made the experience seamless. Nothing was too much and the procedure was explained thoroughly and clearly. Pickups and airport transfers luxurious and always on time with friendly helpful drivers. The procedure was as expected and the surgeon discussed my personal hair plan in advance of the treatment. Currently recovering at home with all of the information in need provided by longevita.
I can’t praise Longevita and especially Dr Noyan enough. I was sceptical about surgery abroad as I work in dental surgery and often see the problems but did my research and trusted the process. Longevita guided me every step of the way. They help you with everything and their staff are so helpful. Any questions and they are there to answer straight away before you leave and whilst away. They arrange everything from pick up from the airport, hotel, transfers to the hospitals, complete health checks before surgery and literally hold your hand every step of the way. You have a treatment coordinator who is there for you literally 24/7 and they speak fluent English. Nothing is too much for them. They are always there to meet you and ready to guide you and show you where to go every step of the way. The health checks before surgery were very thorough so this put my mind at ease and I felt in good hands. The day or the surgery I was so scared but all the staff were so lovely and put my mind at rest as much as they could. The nurses were so helpful and kind and not to mention the surgeon I used. He was so professional and I know 6 people who have used him and we are all very happy with the results. I had an uplift and implant and they look completely natural which was what I asked for and the scars are minimal already. Couldn’t recommend using Longevita enough!!
I travelled to Istanbul for breast augmentation and implants. The hotel I was placed in was beautiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming and there if I needed anything.
My coordinator,Mert was there on my 1st day with a warming friendly smile. His English was fantastic and made me feel much less nervous.
My surgeon Prof.sinan is a miracle worker and has given me so much confidence. He was friendly and had a caring nature. He made me feel at ease especially as I was on my own throughout my 6 night trip. He came to visit me a few hours after surgery to see how I was. He came to see me the following day where he checked on me and changed my dressings.
The nurses looking after me in the hospital were very gentle and also caring.
I wouldn’t think twice about doing this all over again.
I can only speak highly of my experience and I’m absolutely over the moon with my results so far.
Yigit my client coordinator was absolutely amazing!! He ensured I was aware of everything that I had coming up and made sure all my transfers were arranged for every appointment.
On the morning of my surgery he was with me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything and felt confident in what I was agreeing to, he really did make the whole process as smooth sailing as possible and played a big part in my whole journey in Istanbul.

My experience with longevita was amazing to say the least. I have to thank Irem for making the process so smooth. From the comunication to the surgery, everything was clear and straight. Longevita made me feel safe, they arranged the hotel and transportation. Irem was a gem and she made me feel comfortable and safe during my trip (where I was alone). She always accompanied me through the low and the high. I love this girl she is the best!!!

I initially had a face to face consultation in November as I was visiting Turkey at the time. Yigit was the patient coordinator arranging this and communicated everything to me. As this was the initial consultation I was still unsure whether I wanted to go ahead, but I felt so comfortable and confident in longevita and the team I decided to proceed. My operation was at the end of april and it was seamless from the start, communication was amazing and they answered all questions that I had. I felt reassured and comfortable on the day and felt that any questions after were answered. I am over the moon with the results and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

I went with them Jan 2026 for a breast augmentation I had dr yauz which was not who I was offered when I messaged them. I was told after I paid I was now having him:
My conclusion lasted 5 min if that. No trying on size nothing. Just him telling me what his doing and when I say what I want he says no. He told me 200cc I said no way as what is the point. He said maybe 250cc. I said I wanted bigger and UNDER the muscle. He ignored everything and done what he wanted. My original boobs are also difference sizes so I said will I have different cc in each boob to even them out- no he said as per.
1 day post up I told him how un happy I was with what he put inside of me.
1 month post op my implant rippled because again he put it over the muscle when I asked for under in consultation and I was told 'no very painful' like I didn't know that anyways but I still wanted under but once again it's not what HE wanted. I contacted them told them it rippled. They offered me a fat transfer which as everyone knows comes with loads of complications and can cause issues in the long run and one round won't work so I'd need to pay for more rounds then and keep putting my body through surgery which I didn't want.
I'm now 5 month op and my one boob is closer to my armpit, rippled more, my nipples down low and the implant it self is much lower then the other one. My gap is wide and my body is breaking out loads because he used silicone after in the consultation I asked for motiva because how much bad stuff is out there about silicone implants and he replied with 'less chance of rippling' which clearly was a lie. I've been to uk clinics for a 2nd opinion and they all said the same thing and that my original surgeon should be fixing them and that I could of gone bigger as I did have enough skin but my surgeon kept telling me I couldn't. The issue with dr yauz is he only likes 'natural' and doesn't care what YOU want.
I've been going back and forward with them every single day and they just don't care once they had your money.
The reason there's not much bad on here also is because you sign a form 1 min before you go into surgery saying you will get fined £400 if you leave a bad review :) there is a group chat on what's app with loads of girls who have gone to longavita and there is so much bad photos and stories in there about this place.
The hospital your are is lovely and they do take care of you the nurses are great but they aren't nothing to do with Longavita which is why I've still left 1 star.
