A genuinely superb service from enquiry to results!
Josh was very friendly and accommodating in the booking process, which was integral as a self employed tradesman - the flexibility was much appreciated.
The blood test itself was taken by Josh, who was very professional and compassionate - as someone who is not very keen on needles I felt assured and comfortable throughout.
I received my results promptly with annotations provided by the doctor who reviewed the sample.
I would highly recommend London Medical Laboratory in Epsom. All credit to Josh, it was by far the best experience I have had having pods taken.
I would highly recommend using London medical laboratory Epsom. At my appointment I was greeted by Josh who was friendly and put you at ease. Before having my blood test Josh explained everything he was going to do before hand and asked me all about myself and my health before he proceeded. I found Josh to be professional and knowledgeable in all the questions I asked. The results came back quickly and went into depth in the report and explained everything in a way for a non medical person to understand.
Really excellent service. Easy to book online and there were appointments available at a really good time for me. Easy parking right outside. Super friendly and communicative. The results came through quickly and there was good communication following the visit. Would absolutely recommend.
I went to Josh for bloods. The service was excellent. Josh took my bloods with no issues, and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the quick process. The results were with me within 2 days, along with a doctor’s interpretation of the blood results.
