I would like to express my appreciation to you and your team for the care I received throughout my treatment.
From the initial consultation through to the ultrasound, surgery and follow-up appointment, I felt that everything was handled in a professional, thorough and reassuring manner. I particularly appreciated the fact that time was taken to properly assess the lipoma and obtain imaging before proceeding with surgery, rather than rushing into treatment without having a clear understanding of the size and location.
Throughout the process, the explanations provided were clear and honest, and all of my questions were answered in a way that gave me confidence in the treatment plan. The surgery itself was carried out efficiently and with great care, and the recovery has been smoother than I expected. At my follow-up appointment, I was pleased to hear that the wound had healed very quickly and that there were no concerns regarding the outcome.

Painless removal of a cyst on my head. I have been to Dr Sadek previously, who removed my cyst very gently but unfortunately it needed removing again, it was a very quick procedure, painless and reasonably priced for the treatment.

First step was to enquire about a lump behind my right ear with an online form.
Received a call back quite quickly and everything was explained with an estimate of costs involved plus able to book a date for personal consultation within 2 weeks. Followed by a scan about a week later then the procedure taking place approximately 2 weeks later.
Everything explained throughout and taken place in pleasant surroundings.
Well happy and 11 days after the procedure my stitches were taken out at a NHS clinic where a nurse commented that the wound was healing nicely and no infection was present.
Overall I am pleased with the timescale from enquiring to completion plus the cost was reasonable.

Amazing experience! Staff are kind and explain the process, they also make sure you feel alright with the procedure if you’re feeling anxious about it. During the procedure they talk to you making you feel comfortable. Depending on the procedure it is quick and easy and they also give you advice how to take care after the surgery. Definitely a place to go if you have anything such as a cyst!
