Met with Dr Khan today for the first time. He was an amazing Doctor, so polite and had a lovely manner about him. He listened patiently and then was so helpful in his response. I would gladly see him again in fact he will have to be my go to doctor! 😂 PS. The receptionists were also super helpful..... I know receptionists can be difficult but they were really helpful and polite. Thank you Lennard Road, please keep up the good work don't drop from 5 stars to 1 ⭐👏

I called to Lennard branch on 17th June 2026 for GP letter for home office, and explained the situation in details that I have applied with NHS app and emailed to reception emailed twice from last 2 weeks, still have not received any reply, but reception advice me for sending another email , then I requested to speak Senior person but she rejected and she said i can not talk with any senior, I replied that I need to apply visa extension next week that why I have been emailing before couple of weeks so I will get the letter on time, she said she can do anything and she is happy to let me change the GP practice and she also rejected to book appointment with GP. very worse experience , I am going to change GP because of failure of providing GP letter on time and rude behaviour from reception.
