I had my first full-body laser session today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Zana was absolutely amazing professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly from the moment I arrived. She explained every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable.
I was a little nervous before my appointment, but Zana’s warm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. She was thorough, attentive, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. I’m so happy I chose this clinic, and I can’t wait for my next session. Thank you, Zana, for making my first laser experience such a positive one. I highly recommend her to anyone considering laser treatment!
I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 5 years because the location is very convenient and the results are good. However I haven’t always had the best experience - the reviews about inconsistencies in customer service and appointments getting cancelled if you show up a couple of minutes late are definitely true - hence my 4 stars. This time I want to put in a good word for some of the lovely staff members that I’ve encountered, especially Zana who was just in her first week at the clinic but had absolutely stellar manners and was very thorough, despite how busy the clinic can get with evening appointments. I also always have a great experience with a Latina lady whose name escapes me. I think most of the staff is very nice but they are under a lot of pressure.
Angelica is absolutely amazing. She is such a kind and genuine person and instantly made me feel at ease. I was extremely nervous before my full body laser appointment and feeling so vulnerable was honestly scary for me, but she handled everything with so much professionalism, care and respect. She explained each step, checked in with me constantly and created a calm and comfortable environment the entire time. Her reassuring energy made a huge difference and helped me relax when I thought I would not be able to. I truly felt safe, supported and respected throughout the whole experience. I could not recommend Angelica enough and I am so grateful to have her as my therapist.
I've been seeing Precious for my laser hair removal treatments and have had a really positive experience. She's professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable during each session. She takes the time to explain everything and checks in throughout the treatment, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend Precious to anyone considering laser hair removal!

Gave it four stars because it’s been working on one area and not all. Also, after months of treatment, the lovely Angeli gave me correct advice for my South Asian skin which I didn't get the whole time. She advised me to also space out my treatments now for overall effectiveness so hugely appreciated. Overall, they’re friendly
Just had my first session with Zana and honestly she’s amazing! I was very nervous and she made me feel so comfortable in 2 seconds. I completely recommend it and if possible i would really really recommend you to ask for her!
I have been going to Laser Clinics in Westfield Stratford for almost 2 years because the location was convenient for me and the initial pricing was very attractive. Unfortunately, the overall experience has become very stressful, as every appointment now feels more like a source of anxiety than a professional treatment session.
The price for the exact same treatment suddenly increased from £99 to £170, which is an increase of more than 70%. Since then, every visit has felt more like a sales appointment than a treatment session, with constant pressure to purchase additional packages upfront.
What finally made me decide to leave this review is what happened just yesterday during my latest session. I was informed for the first time that prepaid treatment packages apparently have an expiry date. This was never properly explained to me when I purchased them. For laser hair removal, most people do not attend weekly — in my case it is around 4 times a year — so this kind of policy can easily result in customers losing sessions they have already paid for. Important terms like this should be clearly communicated from the start, not discovered later during an appointment.
Communication and customer care have been consistently poor. On one occasion I was 6 minutes late because of London traffic and was refused treatment, despite never being informed in advance about such a strict lateness policy.
I also had a treatment session that was clearly rushed, and some areas were missed, which resulted in patchy hair regrowth afterwards. For a clinic specialising in laser hair removal, this is simply not acceptable.
Another extremely disappointing experience was with a vein treatment they were advertising. I spent around 10 minutes speaking with the receptionist, asking detailed questions to understand the treatment and make sure it was suitable for me. After discussing everything, she confidently booked me in for a consultation. When I arrived exactly on time for the appointment, I was then told that they do not even provide this service at all. It is very concerning that the front desk staff appear not to know which services the clinic actually offers.
After almost 2 years as a loyal customer, I feel that customer care is not a priority here. The service feels heavily sales-driven, poorly communicated, and inconsistent. I don’t recommend Laser Clinics based on my experience.
