I have been getting laser treatments with this company for quite some time and have generally had good results, but this was my first visit to this particular location, and it was extremely disappointing. During the session, I repeatedly told the technician that I could barely feel the laser and that the setting seemed much lower than what I normally receive. I got microineedling done by Yolanda and I’d give 5 stars if all of my appointments were with her. She was so caring, attentive, informative and thorough with her work! She focused more on the areas that I pointed out as my concerns and in general she microneedled wider area of my face than during other appointments with other technicians. The other 2/4 times I got it done it felt less professional and less thorough even after I told them what my concerns were. I haven’t seen as much difference in my skin’s texture and think I missed out on real results because of the practitioners who didn’t do a good job. I can’t give full 5 stars to the practice, as quality varies depending on which practitioner you get.
